More than a month ago I purchased the MCKL Red laser for this unit and lately I having trouble trying to adjust it for windage and elevation because the beam is not moving. CAA Gear Up never responded to my messages or tell me where to send it for repairs. Now I'm stock with a bad unit.
thanks for your videos on this mck. I just found out that the mck by CAA (U.S.) is actually NOT a new version at all of the Micro Roni. In fact, the Micro Roni is an Israeli made product by CAA industries (Israel). The CAA in the U.S. (caagearup.com) is making their own product now (made in the USA) which they call the “Micro Conversion Kit” or “MCK”. I think a lot of people think the MCK is the newest “Micro Roni” but I believe it’s an inferior product. The latest version of the Roni is the Gen4 and is still being made by CAA in Israel. Also, the official Micro Roni Gen4 (Israel) still has the trigger guard to prevent accidental discharges and also has a bottom picatinny rail which allows you to add a spare mag compartment, whereas the U.S. “MCK” has the spare mag compartment now molded into the chassis and isn’t removeable which I believe makes the MCK an NFA “AOW” because it’s basically a vertical foregrip, even though it has a stabilizing brace and not a stock.
Turns out that CAA Israel is actually the real counterfeit company and they’ve been trying to spread lies about CAA USA. Batf sent a letter out saying nothing is illegal about shoulder firing although sleepy joe will be pressing the pistol brace laws coming soon so who knows what the future holds but as of right now it cant be enforced
If the charging handle attaches via slide serrations will it work with after market slides with serrations in different places or different style serrations?
So, If I use this with my Glock G19 Gen3, will it then become some sort of SBR or some other State of CT Illegal "Assault Weapon"? I know the kit by the other company is illegal because you use a longer barrel...but this one doesnt seem to have a "Barrel" just what looks to be a short piece of tube sticking off the front of it for the rounds to pass through.

I like the whole concept of the Roni and other similar products that turn your handgun into a carbine. The problem I ran into with Roni was with a Glock 20 Gen 4 when I tried using a 6” Lone Wolf barrel. The front of the Roni did not have clearance to allow the 6” barrel to tilt during the firing and spent cartridge dimension phase. It would only function with the 5” (and probably) shorter barrels. I was trying to use it to hunt deer from a tree stand. I think if CAA would address that issue it would increase the adaptability of Roni for other purposes.
Treier 1 Iz zat so? I shot a Sig MCX in 9mm that put all the shots into a half dollar-sized hole. I can’t get close to that with the Roni and a 5-inch Glock. These new gen.of Micro chasis platforms are extremely cool looking but from a concealable, deployable or excelerated high stress encounter getting shots on target looks awkward. No doubt, super trick in design but if your seeking " sbr rifle style" protection or fun why not just go the AR pistol route in the OAL of your liking and caliber. Note I don't mean to be bashing in a hateful way, I love All boom sticks someone just explain the practicality
With a red dot and/or laser it's actually very fast to acquire. I think this is for people that have a glock and dont want to pay another 1000 bucks for an sbr. Also, these are legal in places where ARs are not, ie Canada.
This product does NOT work with Gen 1 and 2 Glocks. It also does NOT work with the Glock 34. I'm not sure why they didn't just edit that out later or something.
The extended brace is a serious upgrade for me personally. The old unit was "too" small. Tagged me in the mouth with the charging handle too many times.
This guy Dustin from CAA just plain out said that this mck will work with Glock 17 gen 1 through 5. That’s a big B. S. It does not work with gen 1 & 2. Dustin will say anything to sale more units even if it’s not true! SADD

It's disappointing that this CAA representative doesn't seem to know some of the basic information about this conversion kit. Gen1 and Gen2 Glocks will NOT work with this kit. Come on CAA, you can do better than this.

It is not meant for hunting. It is defensive aid.

It needs a front rail to lock it in clearly the gen 1 and 2 do not have one so. It's pretty much common sense
the older version with shorter arm brace is better...more ccompact......it can be shouldered properly just need to mount the red dot way forward
