just watched her video... My heart beat faster watching her in so much pain and her scream was so terrifying. Even if the hospital was far away and there was very much less chance of saving her .. those people could have shown humanity by at least not recording her. May her soul rest in peace.

I have seen the video and i m going to explain what happened.
Video is around 1 and a half minute long. First few seconds it shows Alejandra's palm which was cut and lying on the floor. The camera then rolls towards Alejandra and takes close look up of her face as she was lying on the bed. Her face was split into two horizontally. Like you can imagine how it would look like. It was cut from half the nose and seperated her face into 2 parts at 180° angle. She was moaning in pain and you can see tears in her eyes, eyes which were full of nothing but sadness!! You can feel what she was going through by just looking at them. She was fully consious because she was moving her head around as she was looking at her surrounding. The camera shows her hands. Left hand was half cut, right hand had no palm (the same palm which was lying on the floor). In the background you can hear terrifying crying of her family members and neighbours who were watching the whole scene. The video ends there. If you are still not able to figure out how her face looked like, it looked like a pacman. You can search how pacman looks if you don't know about it.
Now many will question why she wasn't taken to the hospital. But as Vicky mentioned in this video, the nearest hospital was far away and she had no time. So the video maker saw the opportunity and filmed the whole thing and uploaded it on internet.
Her family didn’t witness it the screams were coming from one of the neighbors

Just because of a normal life & a man's support how come Alejandria chose a man like Mario without even trying to know him well! Her brothers are equally responsible for her condition. Firstly, they forced her to marry, then again forced her to stay in a separate room with her kids when she had no money to survive, and she needed them the most & lastly got her married to someone without inquiring anything about him! I guess after some years of her second marriage she had some money to live separate from Mario with her kids, but she still chose to stay with him in spite of knowing his reality. All her kids were grown up and they even were working to survive, so she could easily divorce Mario and stay with her chosen man if she wanted. Alejandria had to pay for the mistake which Mario's first wife did. If she did not let him free, maybe she would be alive. I'm shocked from the core to know how Alejandria was killed out of her second husband's psychological issues. Moreover, I guess everyone living in the village is used to witness the scene of domestic violence & that's why they started taking videos of her situation and no one even tried to take her to the hospital. How people can be so heartless! Mario deserves death sentence but first psychological help so that he can understand for whatever he did with his both wives. Without making criminals realizing their crimes, punishing them won't be helpful. Hopefully God will direct Alejandria's kids to the right direction & they won't follow the wrong path from any of their father in future.
