Love these reels! So happy to be cooking 'with you' again my kitchen! This sounds super delicious and will try it both ways. Can't wait to get the book and dive into it. And yes it was so perfect no need to take it again :)))
Just did the recipe for a friend and I, it was really good, I was worried that the turmeric taste would be too strong since there is quite a lot, but it turned out to be really well balanced with the sweetness aswell as the acidity! Thank you for sharing it!
thank god for canned clementines/mandarins... which as fresh, cld be quite seasonal... am a sweet toothed gal, so savory and sweet hit home with me... definitely going to try this as I am mainly a chicken meat consumer... in retrospect... i will most likely cut up the spring onions in more bite sized pcs as they can still be chewy and less willing to break up even if cooked.
We all missed it and glad to have them back.
I am so happy you guys are posting to this channel again!

What about the fish sauce? I'm not a big fan of fish sauce at all. Can u taste it?
I've been checking weekly for updates and I'm so excited you're back!

Always surprising and amazing recipes!! Thank you all for your hard work.
Can't wait to try this one!
Works perfectly with tofu as well... I marinated the tofu the same way as the chicken and it turned out well. Yumm Yumm...
I'm into that bookshelf organised by color.
I’m happy you’re back 😍😍😍 thank you for this video, will marinate my chicken for tomorrow 😋
I missed this channel
Me too!
Blackened chicken air!🤘
Hello! Great recipe! Can you do the chicken on a bbq instead? How would it work? How long to grill on each side?
A bbq would definitely work. 5-8 minutes for the chicken (on each side) and 2-3 minutes for the spring onions.
@@Ottolenghi amazing! Thanks you! Can’t wait to try it!!
Would you eat this with rice, potatoes or noodles?
All of the above :)
It was very tasty with rice. Thanks!@@Ottolenghi
If I had boneless skin on breasts how would this recipe change?
Not much, just the chicken's cooking time. The breast might need a bit longer to cook but really depends on the size. Hope that's helpful.

Caramel? Is the sickening trend for caramel going to stop? You lost me as a subscriber.
Have a day off Mary
If that's all it took, good riddance lol
Maybe I'm oblivious but I had no idea there's a caramel trend
😂😂😂 this is like a staple technique of Vietnamese cooking for example. Byeeeee Mary
Mary, Mary quite contrary....... 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
Crazy comment lol
