I have used pork neck bones to make Sunday Sauce about once a year and only recently sought out neck bones for Southern cooking recipes I am researching via YT. I think I will stick to a quick rinse and skip the “sphincter girl/boy” technique of wash multiple times with white vinegar. When I cook greens I buy the triple washed and don’t rewash them. I suspect you would be horrified. Thanks for the recipe which has good tips.
Thank you. Im learning how to cook. Im going to try this in November.
This look so good I’m making this tonight
On my list for treats to try. Thank you.
