Hello, The Building Expert, while re-inserting the new cart it does not just slip all the way in, it stops approx. an inch or so
with strong resistance. What can I try to do to get this to go all the way down do you think?

Hi...is the cartridge standard for all taps? How to know which model since old cartridge don't show any part number?
So when putting my sink back together the two washer nut things over the cartridge are all threaded together under the cap. I cant get them undone. What did I do wrong?
