I did this seat swap along with the center console and floor shifter. It looked really sharp. I also replaced the gauge cluster backlight with blue LEDS. It’s easier on the eyes at night and looks like an aircraft cockpit.
@@tainchains you’ll want to use the OEM center console that includes the arm rest, cup holders, and storage. Otherwise there’s an odd gap that the basics center console around the shifter won’t fill. You can hunt down other style center consoles, I actually have one from the second generation Colorado drop in and blended in well.
i have a 2011 chevy colorado 2.9L AT recently u swaped my seats and put in a pair of subaru wrx bride sport seats and now im having issues with the light sensors… need to know how to connect them and make them function properly

I wanted to say I appreciate you sharing that awesome step by step video. Help me a whole lot. Rock on.
Air bags have to be programmed to a vehicle also thanks for this 100% gonna swap mine
just have to swap the control mod under the passenger seat
Sounds like u need a Tune-Up. Make sure to clean the throttle body & mass air flow sensor. Works a treat!
Will do this to my xtreme, for sure, thanks for the vid.
Hello. Just curious but I thought the Xstreme came with bucket seats stocked? Well just wondering.
Thanks Bud.
THAT IS OG!! Thank you for sharing
Great video friend. Can you address the ABS light? I have the same issue.
Mine is still on. Lol
Any idea if the rear seats plug and play too? For the 4 door crew cab that is?
I’m not sure
Did u get the lumbar support to work?
Did you ever get the airbag light to go away? If so what did you change?
No sir still ignoring it every day
Cause you unhooked the battery is why the check engine light went away
Were your original seats buckets? What is involved if the Colorado does not have power seats to beging with?
I just ran a power and ground for the h2 seats
Can this be done if the original seats are the bench seats 60/40? And can the console be installed in such a truck?
Yes mine were 60/40 and not sure about the console I did not put that in my truck

I was wondering abt the heated seats. Is there just a button on the side of the seat for the heat? Thanks
No idea mine aren’t heated

i also have a 2011 crew cab lt 2.9l with the 60.40 and want to switch to buckets with headrest for front and back bench so dose the back fit as well
Any issues with the airbags/seat belt sensors?
And wouldn't it be just as easy to swap the colorado plug to the H3 seat
Yes just swap the harness over on the passanger side on the driver side just swap over the seat belt harness
Since my seats did not come with the plugs from the Hummer I am going to move the plugs over from the Colorado Canyon
