I have mine tomorrow and I got a little out of shape lately so I was sweating this. You walking through this like a breeze really boosted my confidence!!
@@tylerpye332 I passed everything but in the end I didn’t take the position. Starting from ground zero at 30 and also taking a pay cut just to be in the DOC made me look for different careers. I live 50 min to the closest prison and to lose 3 dollars an hr scared me away (I have 3 kids). All in all I wish I did this 5 years ago. It’s a young man career
@@senpaislayer For the best man. I was a CO for 5 years and it was awful and the pay was mediocre. I guarantee you’re happier doing what ever you’re doing then you would be being a babysitter for grown men who can’t follow the rules to society,
Generally I wouldn't recommend walking, especially if testing in front of recruiters. Some recruiters will likely frown upon that. I shot this video to show that you don't have to run as fast as possible. The key is pacing your run so that you still have gas in the tank. You don't want to sprint which is the mistake many people make.
This is a perfect video to show how pace is everything you saved all you energy for last
you made it so easy, good job, my time in Alberta COPAT (harder than BC) was 2:50
Thank you! And well done on your COPAT :)
You make is look so easy lol. Thanks for the video btw. Makes candidates feel less stressed
Anything I can do to help candidates feel more confident for their test :)

Can I walk when I take the test? As I remembered that I have to run.
