If I was trans, and was born a certain name, but changed it as part of my transition, my old name would be my “deadname”. Its rude to call someone by their deadname as they want to be referred to as something else. In this case, no one was deadnamed as “Victoria” goes by Victor out of drag.

Keloids are no joke. I’ve had them since I was young and they’re all over. Unfortunately, there’s no cure for them. Even if you get them removed, there’s always a chance they’ll come back.

One thing I’ve learned - noses are pretty delicate things that can easily develop significant problems if you mess around with them. Nose jobs always were joked about like they weren’t anything serious, but now I’ve seen so many scary results that I know that’s not true.

Victor should have gotten cortisone shots after the surgery. I had the same surgery and my plastic surgeon have me 7 shots over a 3 month period. 32 years later and they never grew back.
If there is a sign of the keloids regrowing, he could get them as well. People with keloid tendencies can get keloids from breast lifts, tummy tucks, anything that develops a scar that has to heat. The same shots can be used too.
