As a veteran RTS player, here's how i use the "formation"aka Create control group keys (Ctrl+ 1,2,3) : Select all troops -> Ctrl + 1 to assign everything to 1. Control however you want but keep using 1 to select all marches until one of your marches get very low then select that march, press Ctrl + 2 then press Return to home key. Now press 1 again and this hotkey will contain all your marches except the low marches that you just sent home. This mechanic is called "Create Control Group and Take Away Units" in sc2. I'm from 1188 and I've used this throughout many imperium kvks and always achieved great trades. This mechanic is also very useful for baiting enemy's marches into your murderball since some people still play on mobile or have poor micro and they just attack whoever on the field without pulling back.
This sounds very helpful indeed. Thank you for sharing. I believe it accomplishes the same goal as individual keybinds + reselect but skips a few clicks. Cheers 🥂
Can you explain what should i put . In setting Like select all troops I'll put ctrl+1 right ? Then what should i put for troop 1 Troop 2 Troop3 Troop 4 ...etc 😅
I use basically the same setup as this. Ctrl+1 to group all my fighting marches then click 1 each time I need to control them. I have mapped q w e r t y keys as selecting each march individually. I remapped retreat to F key. If 1 march gets out of position I try to hit its individual hotkey (q, w, e, etc) then hit retreat key (f) so my other march can keep attacking. If one march needs to go back home or adjust more select it with the individual march key then ctrl+2 to remove it from group 1 so I can continue controlling the rest of the marches.
Hey Big Kane,could you in a future video pls do an overview of your kd?Like show alliance power,kills,player top power kills and maybe interview the new migrants/leadership for the future/goals of your kd?
Sup Kane,do u know by any chance does LC's exp skill triggers more dagger procks,and if it does can it trigger twice on the same turn,like it does with horn?
Unrelated to keybinds but how do i get the little help mini button above the Alliance button? i can't find it anywhere in the settings, it's annoying to have to bring up the Alliance pane to help every time (and sometimes the help requests don't even show up in the Alliance pane, i have to go all the way back to my city and click my alliance center to help lmao)
What keybinds/hotkeys do you all use?
A = all marches D= return
Alt+F4.

I’ll do that one soon!

It does, and yes :).
Trigger chance % and function is the same as the horn. If you don’t have GG. Horn/Dagger or Ring/Dagger is a great option on LC.
@@BigKaneRok thanks man..

Character profile -> settings -> general settings -> third option down -> scroll down a bit to “Quick Help”
Wish we can hot bind keys on the mouse
