I hate that Harry is exposing the privacy of his family. I don't care if Charles has a teddy or does yoga in boxers. It's not interesting or shocking. What is shocking is Harry b*tching like a mean girl and being cruel with his words and trying to embarrass his father and brother. He's gone very low.

This couple Harry & wife seem very juvenile in their thinking & speech. It seems they are doing a hit piece to make some money with this book. It really just sounds like a story in a rag mag. Anyone who has to always add bodily functions into the conversation is stuck in a preteen mindset. Stories from the boys room … thank you Andrew for bringing this to the light, I can’t see his book sales going up as these tiny glimpses into his strange mind come out. Just more poor taste.

Having written this book, Harry & Megain must also remember these things -
      1. When plotting revenge - remember to dig two graves.
      2. He who laughs last, laughs hardest.
      3. Those in glass houses shouldn't throw stones.
      4. Revenge is a dish best served cold &

Harry included this scene in the book because he is immature and spiteful. Are Charles’s activities in his private room significant to Harry’s tale of woe? Why was Harry indiscriminately opening various closed doors? If Charles was doing handstands (regardless of the reason), I’m impressed. He would be impressively agile.

🙄 every "story" in the book was originally printed by the tabloids.
In every promo interview Harry says "this is my side to those stories that have been written about me".
He is not spilling tea. It was already in the tabloids. Harry is just giving his side to the tabloid articles about Charles sleeping upsidedown. Tabloids claimed Harry had to free Charles who was trapped in a contraption that facilitated him to sleep upside down

In his book, Harry talks about a female teacher called "Pat" (forgot her last name. Harry generously named her in full) whom he described as "greasy" and didn't make him and his schoolmates "horny". Pat had a twisted spine, was practically a cripple, and Harry recounted how he used to imitate the funny way she walked and how he made his mates laugh at her every time she walked down the stairs, which, because of her condition, she can only do backwards. This just shows what a monster he was even at a young age. But the worst part is that he would even include this in his book as a funny anecdote with no ADULT introspection or remorse about how cruel he was to that poor woman. This again shows he has remained the mentally retarded, emotionally immature, cruel, entitled asshole that he was when he was a schoolboy. The fact that he doesn't care about how that woman would feel if she reads his book and finds herself in it described in such cruel terms, as if her, no doubt, her painful spine condition is a joke for the reader's amusement and if she's no longer alive, how would her family feel about their relative's condition being derided as a butt of jokes. But then again he did write that book with the knowledge the Queen might still be alive to read it so it only confirms what a true sociopath he truly is. Harry and Meghan are indeed a match made in hell!

Meghan "edged" him to sell out his family.
It started with the racist allegations, and general unacceptingness of Will...
but then added that the whole family were "keeping them prisoner", and "feeding off them" but not divying out their just earns.
See their displeasure with Frogmore as a case in point.
So then Megan established that the Royal family are exploiting them...and have it in for them... that they need to flee, to be happy.
After all the BS destinations.. Canada, etc, they wind up in California.
Then they need to make money.
Megan says the only saleable thing they have, is to give exposé interviews.
This goes from Oprah, to Spotify to the book... Netflix..
All the while, Meg gaslighting Harry about the Royals saying, we are only out here, with no money, because of them!
"What do they expect us to do, starve on the streets..??"
      [ Melodramatic histrionics ]
"We HAVE to do these interviews...books...podcasts...MOVIES!"
And so Harry buys it , hook , line & sinker - because he's stupid.
And so he sets sbout penning his tome...
Of course, he needed help. And so the publisher send him a ghost writer - or rather, team thereof - and they sll say the sane thing: *"Salacious"!*
We need *salacious* details, that's what earns the money!
The same thing the paparazzi would chase you all for, you can package up yourself, and sell for MILLIONS!
      Harry: 🤑
And that's why SPARE is loaded with all these silly little stories that sound , let's face it.. improbable.. but either way, they are *SALACIOUS.*
      Things involving torrid sex..
      ✅ Charles' near nude "headstands"
✅ Harry's first time: behind a pub, where she spanked his arse, and called him "Charlie"
      ✅ Harry's frostbitten todger
✅ Harry appyling lotion to..."Todger", and thinking about his dead mother...
      → All... 💥 *SALACIOUS!*

I am a year older than King Charles and suffer from neck and back pain as well. I’ve been to physical therapy many times through the years learning different techniques in an effort to find that perfect body movement that relieves pain. Some of those exercises/movements do seem a little strange to someone who has not been in the same situation. One such exercise involves attaching a device to the door jam which has a sling looking cradle in which you rest your head. The idea for this exercise/device is to stretch your neck for a set length of time giving you relief for your neck pain. There is another device which is attached to the door knob, again stretching in such a way as to give you back pain relief. In both of these exercises it would be very disturbing to have someone suddenly open the door while in the middle of your exercising, not necessarily because of the way you look but because it might break the tension and cause you more pain and/or a muscle spasm. And one other item for those that aren’t afraid of TMI…I could be found doing my exercises while wearing my nightgown or panties and bra mainly because I didn’t want to spend the extra time putting on ‘proper’ exercising clothes for a 10-15 minutes exercising session! 😅
IMO Harry or whoever wrote that little tidbit in his book was trying to create the thought that something improper was going on involving King Charles…how childish! Harry has lived such a sheltered life with every little desire of his met instantly that he has no real knowledge as to how to relate to the majority of the world’s population. My heart goes out to him and William in the loss of their mother. It was a horrible tragedy I would wish on no one. I’m sure the pain never goes completely away but as a person hopefully grows and matures, they learn how to work through those times of sadness and pain without striking out and trying to place blame on others.
Thank you, Andrew, for a fun video! I will be looking forward to more of your thoughts regarding the writings of Harry and other world tragedies! 😉

Part of becoming an adult is learning boundaries and respecting other peoples boundaries. It’s not about loyalty or hiding anything but everyone deserves privacy even those who are constantly in the public eye maybe even more so. Harry sharing private family info without getting their permission first shows that he hasn’t learned much about boundaries. In that family private information is a commodity though and the Harkles could have risen above it and lived a modest life. But if you purchase 15 million dollar estates and have no real way to earn a living then his information is probably the only thing left. It’s very hard to have sympathy for them when you realize these people are not like most of us.

I much preferred it when 'never complain, never explain' was the mantra of the Royals.
As someone that's done a lot of headstands, including up against doors, the last thing you want is someone sending you into a bruised heap by opening the door. It's also common/recommended to do headstands first thing in the morning so you may not even be properly dressed yet.
This said, I do think there's deliberate double entrendre. Even if Harry can't see it, his ghostwriter would have. Every British person knows what a 'knob' can also be. If this isn't lazy writing, the better question is why it's being written in this way? What is it hoping to achieve?.

As individual's, we all have our own down time and do 1,000's if not 1,000,000's of different things while we are on our own. Those occurances are no one's busy. I’m beginning to think Moehringer has made a bad judgment thinking he can write in the same tone and dark humor he used in Andre Agassi’s memoir - that of the angst and hidden pain of gilded cages and the eventual tearing down of those barriers. For Agassi, his gilded cage stood against the pressures of poverty, hard work and competitive sport. For Harry, his gilded cage stood starkly against demons brought about by his own privileged upbringing and, though unmentioned, much coddling. Also there may be readers with enough sympathy for what drives a man to substance abuse, but never enough sympathy for unapologetic snitches and this constant stream of blame shifting. After all his griping, Harry will just abruptly end with “he’s happy now and where he wanted to be”... no proof, no process, nobody believes him!

I’m more inclined to believe that our darling dim-witted Harry calls inversion therapy a ‘headstand’. My friend’s grandpa was prescribed a similar thing by his physiotherapist, it’s not so much a trapeze bar as it is a sort of inclining table or bench you lie on and hang from, and it can flip you almost all the way upside down to help your back or neck.
We were not allowed to play on it as it was very expensive, but my friend and I did so nonetheless as you could tilt it over quite quickly to simulate that rollercoaster feeling …quite a wonder we didn’t off ourselves, really! For those who are curious, just Google ‘inversion table’.
I cannot speak to any increased efficacy linked to engaging in inversion therapy in one’s boxers, but the whole inversion thing is reputed to assist in the alleviation of neck pain. I do not know if Harry is just too dense to understand what it was Charles was doing, or being deliberately obscure to encourage the reader to fill in the blanks with something more vulgar. I suppose for all the difference it makes in my life, I do not care either 😂 this is a good laugh indeed

Would Charles even be able to hear anyone coming if he wasn't up against the door and otherwise occupied.? I note that "hanging from a bar" is not a headstand and would stretch out the neck and back. Pants & tops when you are upside down will ride up (down) - I would strip down too. Amazing that King Charles is able to accomplish this type of exercise at his age!
