    1:06:10 - Wood beams in pockets in masonry or concrete walls should have 1/2 inch of air space around the sides, top, and end to allow moisture to evaporate and avoid rot.

    Any 1/4” crack? Vertical, horizontal or diagonal should recommend a structural engineer?

    if you shoot epoxy and do work, isnt that against InterNachi code of ethics that you cant work on an inspected house for 12 months?

    I have always been told that doing repairs (the story about the guy doing epoxy repairs) on your own inspections is against the code of ethics, and should only be done at least a year after.
