yesssss
Woy3 guy ...if Ghanaian men adopt your life style, there won't be kidney failure diseases
True oo dear or bro.... thanks
Bros. This is nohoo mpototo is wipe plantain
I don't even know why people call it mpotompoto meanwhile it's called nohoo
Please the palm oil used for the mpotopoto was too much
WATCHING YOU LIVE FROM LONDON croydon too much pepper 🌶 🤣 😄 😅
I love your food. There is no contention here, you can make it with coco yam, plantain, corn, yam.
Some people call it mpotompoto or porridge in English. My brother please go easy on the oil just for your health. I passed out when l saw the amount of oil used in the food. I know the oil is used to suppress any allergic reaction from the coco yam
My recommendation when you pour the oil, you filter it out while oil is still melted and hot on the top of your pot. The rest like plantain, corn and yam don't need too much oil from the beginning. Thanks
alright, thank you
Happy new year
Thanks for keeping it authentic,no rosemary and all the other spices the other UA-camrs use.
Happy new year!
Thank you very much
I always watch your videos you are a great chef well done I wish I could come and meet you when am in Ghana for holidays God bless you ❤❤❤❤❤😅😅😅
It's called nuwuoo, mpotopoto is ripe plantains.
Hi, I love that you list the ingredients but not the quantities, please if you could that would really help, thanks
Done!
Thank u so. Please are u going to house to house to cook for people ?
The heading is wrong. This traditional food is called "Nuhuu" in Ashanti. Mpotompoto is the one you use ripe plantain to prepare.
My friend we don't prepare mmpotompoto with cocoyam.what you are preparing is Nohuu. We use ripe plantain to prepare mmpotompoto
its just what and how the tribe call it. Fantes actually call it mpotompoto
Wow Onua, where did you learn to cook like this - will my personal chef?
Please next time try to add cassava
eii, never heard that before ooo, but will try
This is Nuhuu not Mpotompoto Mpotompoto is made with ripe plantain
Thus in your country 😀😄😃
Please in Ghana it called mpotompoto
Its the same thing, others also call it mpihoo
I leart something new
Please please I love your cooking paa. BUT THE OIL IS WAYYY TOOO MUCH.
Years of build up of eating these oily food will put you in trouble.
Yes oooo high cholesterol
Too much palm oil, also metal against metal, stir with a wooden spoon please
you need to open a chop bar because you really know how to cook.
One day sis, one day
😃😃😃😃😃😃😃😃💖💝🇨🇦🇨🇦🇨🇦
You make nice yummy food but you should put into effect portion control.eating toomuch food is not good for your healtj
Ok thank you
Please brother, well done. But this is nohoo and not mpotonpoto. Mpotonpoto is prepared with riped plantain. Thanks.
You are wrong. If you are from Cape Coast or Central region in general this is what our parents used to prepare. Mpotonpoto comes in a different forms. It can be coco yam, potato etc etc.
@@williamhanson4154 Thanks for your explanation. Happy New year to you
@@kwameaduamankwaah2632 The same to you and your family. With your reply ,I can see that you are a nice person. My late mother used to prepare that the family. Unfortunately, when she died I was a junior at the University of Texas and couldn't come home. I came home after I graduated and worked for almost 7 years and financially sound to honor her. I have been in America for 35 years and my last born is junior at a university. Thanks again.
Yes
😋😋😋😋😂
My man this is not mpoto- mpoto but rather NUHUU.Mpoto-
mpoto is made out of riped plantain. So take note.
I think it's nuhuu not mpotompoto. Nuhuu is made with cocoyam but mpotompoto is made with ripe plantain
Great content, but reduce the amount of oil, it’s not healthy
sure will do, thanks
It looks good but there's too much palm oil.
