Kappy was a victim of gangstalking, and they used Voice to skull technology on him and a friend who confirmed that music was being played in their heads loudly when they tried to meet in secret. He kept trying to contact people for help but many of them were actually in on it. Eventually, the video that shows him sitting on the ledge of the bridge is proof that they either brainwashed him to jump or they threatened the lives of people he cared about if he didn't do it. Then Tom Hanks took pictures nearby soon after and posted them on Twitter ( using hastag #route 66)in response to Kappy's threats of making information public. Kappy attended many celeb parties and the stuff he described was utterly satanic. Pizza gate is the tip of the iceberg.

The worst part about Kappy was the "smoking gun" "dead man's switch" he claimed to have, that was just a creepy video of a little girl pouring water into a fountain, that did not incriminate anyone.
