What a marvelous job depicting your family story! Be proud of thriving and surviving so many generations in such a tough business. It helps that Petosa Accordions are superior quality, superb, BEAUTIFUL instruments that are absolutely wonderful to play!
I love accordions. The one I have is about four decades old West-German Royal Standard 5-row button accordion... It's a fun and... Actually somewhat simple instrument to play.
Mexican Norteno bands would like your accordions if you made diatonic models. There is a Conjunto Festival in San Antonio where Hohner and Gabbanelli display their product. Your story and accordions are beautiful and sound great!!!
In the 1910s and 20s, a lot of companies made chromatic button accordions with faux piano keys to appear as piano accordions, but still had the diminished row systems. Pietro Frosini owned a couple of accordions like this.
Definitely forgot about the Mexicans who got into accordeon in the 1850s and in texas in early 1900s from early german settlers in the northamerica/mexico and now theyre the kings of accordeons with asians and russians now oook up too
These are some of the nicest people you'll ever meet. They're also incredibly knowledgeable about accordions.
Excellent story! Thank you for posting this beautiful work. How could we not love something that we hold that close to our hearts? Bravo, Petosa!
Very cool. First I have heard about Petosa. Beautiful instruments.
Thanks for a great story!

Very good. In early 2022 I intend to visit Petosa and show my country (Brazil) how Petosa accordions are. Luxury and sophistication

Why mentioning them? They merely imitated the Germans who actually brought the accordion and made it popular.
