You need some biscuit’s and gravy in your life girl lol
@@UncleRandy73
It wouldn't go well with the Top Ramen "soup"! 😆
@@UncleRandy73
OMG, I commented before the cup 'o noodles was even exposed on this one. Really, Freya, stop eating that! I swear, the "mayo sandwiches" I ate as a kid were healthier (and cheap).
There needs to be a "public health advisory" on these videos!
@@Mike_H76 @UncleRandy73 Y'all are crackin' me up. I'm broke AF and I have a kid that'll eat me out of house and home so....gotta look after him first. Always!
Freya, your soft voice and vulnerability is so captivating. I've caught up on all your reactions. The biggest mistake you made was asking people to recommend songs to get to know Eminem, I don't mean that in a bad way, you seem like an empath so you've got a real emotional journey ahead of you. Loving your content. Just remember haters are miserable people and misery loves company. Keep up the great work 😊
He wrote this song in 1996, before the fame. In a book he wrote he mentions writing this song after a night of heavy drug usage. It then later was released on his major label debut album in 99.
I think it makes it all the more interesting because he truly did write this song when he was at rock bottom. He wasn’t famous or rich. He was at rock bottom.
Wow, thank you for that! I had no idea he had a book. I guess I shouldn't be surprised but...wow! Thank you, much appreciated!
@@FreyaReacts He has two books one called Angry Blonde, and then one called The Way I Am. I’ve never read either but I’d like to. I’ve always head The Way I Am is a really good book about his life and then Angry Blonde not so much… cool stuff tho.
He wrote this when he was at his lowest point financially, and if this album with Dre hadn't worked out he would have had to give up trying for a music career. Fortunately for him that album blew up when "My Name Is" dropped as a single and he became basically an overnight millionaire. Which came with its own problems, but money was never one of them after that.
If you want a happy song to balance this out, try "Hailie's Song", which he wrote a couple years later, right after he won custody of his daughter back from Kim.
I think what is is saying is that now that he has problems and is falling apart he's a menace to the people around him. That's why he puts it "I've got problems, now everybody on my block's got 'em" He's not saying everybody has problems in general. He's saying that because his life is so bad he's losing it and being a problem to everyone on his block. I've been there. It's a dark place.
Thanks for sharing your interpretation!
I would also recommend “Eminem I Need a Doctor” he talks about dr dre and his friendship
Your voice is so calming and you’re an absolute delight to watch
Her voice is soothing.
@@bradbufton1517 Thank you so much! I've gotten some comment that I need a new mic...lol -- I think I just need to talk louder. lol
Thanks so much for that! Glad your enjoying the channel here... Much appreciated!
Used to listen to this song a lot when I was broke. Found it relatable. Then my wife and I worked our asses off to get to middle class. Scratched and clawed our way there... then this economy and a series of unfortunate events occurred, and now I'm relating to this song again. God.....Damnit. lol
hey, just wanted to say that I love the channel and I'm excited to watch you take this musical journey. keep doing what you're doing!
Thank you so much for that! I appreciate you!
I love your reactions, there's some great song that you should react: Space Bound, Going through changes, Beautiful (uncensored)

@@FreyaReacts Always ❤️❤️
Hey, Freya, another great video. I just wanted to take a minute to say thank you. You don't know me personally, but the way you welcome me to your community makes it feel like we do, and I am so grateful
Thank you so much! I just appreciate y'all who get me so much! It's y'all that help drown out all the hate and will keep me going here. So, it's not at all lost on me! Thank you!
@FreyaReacts trust me Freya as far as negativeity goes, I've been through the ringer. But let me tell you something. Just by your personality, I can tell you are a kind soul, and your son is going to do great things with you as his role model
it shows you by ems story that money is not everything he became rich and famous but still struggled and overdosed twice. money only goes so far to happiness.
Thanks for the reaction!
"If i had" is a good one too. Another one where he talks about his struggles.
You should react to Eminem you’re never over and difficult. Both are tributes to his best friend proof
this song was written just before he was signed when he was ready to quit and was at rock bottom he had no money dead end jobs.
Sorry was a bit late for this one great reaction as usual. Don’t mean to add more stress to this list you have but there’s a song he done as a tribute to his best friend proof it was never released but you can find it on UA-cam pretty sure. It’s called difficult. Love this eminem journey by the way I’m all here for it.
Do Fack next....😅...... No.....but seriously you definitely aren't ready for that one Don't do that I'm just playing
hey, just wanted to say that I love the channel and if you want to hear an angry eminem that defends his daughter then you should listen to Eminem Quitter
great❤
and em did this rock bottom before he got sign
Damn working on assembly line for low pay is crazy. When i worked for Chrysler that was good money and i never even maxed out my contract before I left after getting my degree. Shit i was making about $52k a year before taxes and still had like 12 more dollars an hour to get when i maxed out. I wouldve been making like $90k of i stayed.
That is great money! I was working in a paper factory so.... it was next to nothing.
This is gonna destroy you… This song was written before a failed (thankfully) suicide attempt
Oh my goodness....just oh wow. That's so terrible. Its tragic. My goodness.....
rock bottom fucking ducks to just to be stuck in rock bottom
The way i am next fraya
Yep -- It's coming up here soon. Please bear with me just a bit... Thank you for being here!
hi freya have you got the way i am on your list. its about ems struggles with becoming famous
Thank you! Yes it is and, coming up soon here....please hang in there with me and thanks for being here and commenting! Much appreciated!
Please react to Joyner Lucas - I’m sorry
