There were 나경민 who came as a player, coach and a coach from Olympic who was involved in game-fix scandal with Chinese team later on. They asked me if I could interpret for the team when they saw me everyday at the tournament. I ended up sitting at the coach's table right through the tournament. I am writing to you in English because my typing in Korean is really bad but I do speak Korean very well even though I have been living in Canada for 50 years. I do play lots of badminton but I don't know how to coach people like you do. You tutorial teaches me how to coach others. Enjoy very much of your videos and appreciate everyone of them.
Oh, thank you so much. The reason why I started UA-cam is to promote badminton easily. It's hard for people who started sports as adults to understand what sportsmen teach since they were young. It is very important that we understand the principles. For example, which fingers are effective when smashing, where to look when high-clearing, etc. The goal is to make the video as easy as possible for as many people to understand. Of course, it's still a long way off. Thank you.
As I seen in the video: 1) The left hand has the function of balancing and more important is getting higher jump; 2) Legs kick makes the starting power, (next) hip rotation, ... for the swing Is that right? Thank you very very much
@@MINTONDOCTOR I am very grateful for your precious instructions. Before you're instructions here, I'm being mistaken that: in jump smash, i have to rotate my hip look like smash when 2 feet in ground or in scissor kick and that hip rotate will make the best power for the smash. After you said, and when seeing your clip many times, also with slow motion, i found you said very very true "it's more important to make power with the elasticity of your back than the rotation of your hips". Once again, extremely grateful you.
