One of his things when starting the brand is that he wanted jewelry to be affordable art. It’s why there are so many silver with diamond pieces and silver and gold combo pieces.
@@tl9113 my BiL swims with his bracelet on and it’s oxidized and darkened but quality wise it’s held up great. We normally don’t shower in ours since it’s silver, but it’s never had any issues as far as hand washing goes.
I’m at a precarious tipping point where I have all of the normal pieces I’ve wanted and I’m getting into the good stuff now so my buying is going to drastically slow down 🙈
I love the look of David yurman and I am planning to purchase from them. The prices for the silver is really good.

You know….customer service, quality and styles of DY is truly amazing: luxury! And I feel good that the company is actually family owned!
It truly is and all the art in all the store is actually by the family!
Very informative, I’ve been eyeing the cable bracelet it’s so beautiful ❤thanks for sharing your thoughts
So glad it was helpful!
I use to hate mixed metals, until I started buying DY❤
They do it perfectly!
I started my DY Collection last year. Earrings are next on my list.
Which style are you thinking?
@@accountingforluxury a classic pair of the cable studs or hoops.
@@Shanycole I love my small crossover hoops if you’re wanting something smaller. The studs are great as well!
I have always been shy of DY because of it being sterling silver. Concerned of the tarnish and care.
I’ve had zero issue with tarnishing and I wear my pieces all the time, wash my hands, etc.
@accountingforluxury have do you think they will hold up if I shower with them?

@tl9113 given that it’s silver I wouldn’t recommend it as the metal will oxidize. The gold pieces should be totally fine.
@accountingforluxury thanks I was debating on the DY Madison and Petite Chatelaine. Looking for everyday wear
I have quite a bit of David Yurman and love them all!!!!

Well explained
Thank you 💙
Ive been wearing Yurman for years...kinda think it went out of style
As many complements as I always get on my pieces I disagree. I think it all depends on how you style the pieces.
You are incorrect
