Mmmmmmmm I love a good pico. I love the mini food processor. So much easier to clean. The close up photos at the end were so enticing. Beautiful job. I would have needed a whole bunch of those chips to taste test that. :)
Love pico de gallo, I do not have such a small food processor, but I try to cut them very finely. I love the seeds from jalapeño! Love the first shot with the moving nachos. Looks delicious, I have to say that I love to make it and in the morning pouring on a frying pan with scramble eggs. Love the movie!

We have to keep the cilantro out when my cousin comes over too. I like that you blend a little of the tomatoes to give it a little more thickness. I have to try that! Hi Kathryn- yea you can do that. Also as a suggestion Morton’s has a salt substitute that has no sodium in it and tastes similar to salt. The main ingredient in the substitute is potassium chloride instead of sodium chloride ( which is table salt) I hope this helps- have a great weekend.
