Man, I've been watching you for a while. I love your project fiero! I'm going for a 3800 bored over to either a non sleeved 3.9 liter or maybe a sleeved 4 liter. Turbo of course!
A great choice,the Pontiac Fiero was one of Pontiacs under rated cars.also I've heard that the 325c.i.(5.3 liter) in the 04/05 Chevy Monte Carlo that's fwd fits too.
The LS4 fits but requires extensive modification to do so. I would like to try that swap one day. Thanks for watching!

I was wanting to do this build and so today I wanted to see if it's been done. I'm so happy it has cause the lil car is so undrated and just needed more power, what's better than build a honda and to get the power and gas mileage and it not to break right away lol nothing comes close. So I'm looking to buy a fiero now to start my honda build

Good swap . the motors weight reballence the car different . drop another 20 lbs behind the front axle and you eliminate understeer . it's coy terintuitive but the weight placement of the ballence makes it work . good motor . ditch the getrags and sell it . it was a great design but modern fwd transmissions in performance cars like a civic si or a 3 speed are all more efficient and they still move everything forward to keep the crankshaft ahead of the rear axle keeping it mid , not rear engine . in the end the body is the only thing in them worth keeping . if rather have that platform build than almost any other but the rest was all parts bin. For the most part . countless rides use the 2.4 and 2.8 . the chassis was shared the rims were shared if I remember right , even the tires . . if not replacing that connect the chassis together . it's the best banf for you're buck mod . nobody cares what motor you have if you can't keep the power on the street . that and the fro t bumper cover let's air under the car when you drive so a simple change will improve you're handling immediately for the life of the chassis . weld the rear and bolt the front so the front can be easly adjusted if damaged . there's a bounch of kits out there to do it for pretty low cost . And because it will open up the cooling system the motor will stay cooler . maybe even make a new hood with a airvent in it and a air giod from the radiator up to the vent to push all the air in the hood compartment over the car and get a rear diffuser . you're not far behind 12 seconds as you stand . that and upgrade you're ecu . the factory ones have minimal tuning potential and you can do more with a civic ecu or something else . tuning to make the gas pedal react mostly from youre foot instead of an algorythim in the ecu will give you the most potential . have someone save the software settings on the tuning program and hold it then have it "flashed" . swap the programs out when you have emissions testing to eliminate codes. Than swap them back

WV? where in WV? only asking because I live in Sissonville, WV and was shocked to hear my home state. MR2 kswap harnesses should be similar.
