After boreas collision with Caelus and Caelus’s attempt at Neptune’s life, he ended up partly burned and tilted. With only two ice giants left, They kinda just struck close together but despises each other. Helios only known about boreas collision which he took pity on Uranus which is why he’s bandaged up. Neptune caused a boreas to collide with Caelus.
