Yes, he was a liar, killer & manipulator. He was a bad person, but he wasn't born a bad person. His parents and siblings simply labeled him as an outcast the day he was born just because he didn't have any magic and needed to siphon it from others. If they hadn't treated him so badly, he wouldn't be such a cruel monster. If he grew up with the kind of love Lizzie & Josie got from Alaric & Caroline irrespective of the way he does magic he could have been redeemable.
I consider him redeemable every time he appears. When you think about it, Kai is only about his family, he could kill Caroline twice, not to mention others. He's a mischief and manipulator, a liar. His weapon is distraction and sneaking, whatever he does is for purpose. Have you noticed that thorough the show Kai showed kindness and tried bonding with people but nobody, literally NOBODY, ever said a nice word about him or to him. The nicest thing he got was in Legacies (!) when Josie said that in Malivore he would be trapped and alone. While earlier she called him a monster anyways. And yet in TVD he's called the evil. Who wouldn't be?
YES! I won't fight you it's 10000000% true, no matter how much they tried to humanize him. It just showed he was always going to be well what the video says. I love this video, you chose the perfect song and the best transitions not just in scenes splicing but in audio splicing too. That jump to the chorus just made this video and how the scenes move with the music. Great job!

@@xMarchHare I love kai he is my favorite character and your right he is a sociopath but he kinda does have a sad backstory. his whole family excluded him from everything saying he was a disgrace to their whole family just bc he was a siphon and didn't have any power of his own, so he killed them lol. I love the video btw It was amazing and the song was perfect. I loved the way you did the transitions and it just made me love him even more. thank you
