Sorry while I agree with soul transitions. Her advice means take the abuse from abusive people and be nice irrespective of how awful someone may be. Every life has defense mechanisms. You don’t need to be a bully but you can cut them off. There is no need to be nice to increase your karmic score and suffer in this life for a potential future life (which may be or may not be true).
Soul is a soul. It does not mean you’ll be born again as a human only? Isn’t it.
That’s not the thing… accepting abuse is also a bad karma.. people should act according to situation it’s not like they can do anything & we should be nice to them.. if someone is abusing then it’s also our duty to not get abused but at the same time do not carry negative feelings towards them in your head bcz it will create bad karma.. & even if u born as animal u can’t escape consequences of your karma.. bcz not every animal get same fortune, some dies on streets & some live there life in air conditioners

I totally BELIEVE in past lives and karma etc, but the way shes explaining sounds silly. What shes saying is like 50% accurate. There is no way that every person you like and dislike is from past life. It defies logic.
Yes, the MAJOR players in our life are from past life (usually), but not every single person. Many people in our lives are due to the daily FREQUENCY you emit. Frequency is a larger player in who is in your life over past life karma.

Nobody ever knows anything about past life. Knowing past life is absolutely beyond human perception. Everything we talk about or happen to hear anything about past life is purely assumption based, no matter how learned the speaker is.
Human re-birth... (Excerpt from message of Shri Datta Swami)
Only one Lord created this entire universe. He should have told the same knowledge everywhere in the world. The contradiction is only due to misunderstanding. In Hinduism also Sankara says that again human birth is almost impossible (Jantunaam Nara Janma Durlabhamidam). Sankara was incarnation of Siva & so what He told is also authoritative.
Even Gita says that the soul comes back to this world but does not say that the soul gets again the human birth (Ksheene Punye Martyalokam Visanti). In the second chapter, Gita speaks about rebirth but not about the human rebirth. Islam and Christianity say that the human birth is given only as a single chance. After this the final judgement is given. The soul either goes to the Lord or goes to the hell permanently.
In Gita also there are two ways for the soul. Either the soul goes to the Lord and does not return back or the soul returns back to the world (Abrahma Bhuvanath, Yat Gatva). According to Gita, if the soul does not go to the Lord (Brahmaloka), it returns back after enjoying the fruits of incomplete spiritual effort. Therefore in this human birth, if the spiritual effort is completed, the soul goes to the Brahmaloka permanently.
If spiritual effort is incomplete the soul may go up to any world below Brahmaloka, it will return back to this earth after enjoying the fruits of its incomplete spiritual effort. The soul may go up to 6th world, it cannot go to Brahmaloka, which is 7th world by doing remaining spiritual effort in the 6th world. The reason is once soul leaves this earth all the upper worlds are only Bhogalokas i.e., worlds in which soul can enjoy the fruits, but cannot do any work (Karma).
So the soul has to return to earth. The soul will not get again another chance of human birth because once it is failed it can never succeed. So the soul comes to earth & falls into cycle of animals & birds only. When the soul is trapped in this cycle of animal births, it is treated as a permanent hell.

We are born in this world ,starting from a single cell through our parents ,which finally multiplied to about 30 trillion cells in the case of an average person. The cells didn't get any external help other than the energy required for this multiplication through the foods that one eats. Why one is born , live in this world for a particular period, and ends the life in different ways as if these things are planned earlier by somebody.?The most interesting factor in this regard is that each person is born here to fulfill a purpose , and that purpose is also decided earlier before one's birth.In this connection one can argue days together on vague points such that one is born here due to one's "karma" in one's previous birth.etc,Here, the unanswerable question is ,what was the "karma" done by the first person to be born in this world to live here and from which parents he was born ? Definitely one's birth in this world , the various faces of life that one goes through and finally the end of that life etc are things beyond the scope of one's imagination.and arguments. How can.one argue about the theory of karma done in one's previous births, as causes for one's present life here, in the absence of the answer to the simple question as to the purpose one's birth ,and which force is doing all the unbelievable innumerable things so perfectly well in the human cells. Reading the comments out here is more interesting than the podcast itself. Although what she’s saying is quite a common sense(and an understandably easier said than done) - it would’ve been more interesting if she went deeper into the subject..
I have been a Christian all my life…tried to understand the cycle of life.. this lady’s teachings were soo profound…specially on Karma..understand better how to deal with life… I suppose when the awakening comes, one will be open to receiving the truth.. and live by it…truth is bitter and hard.. better to deal with now than later..❤️🙏

Since you're a Christian i'll give you my take on past lives and reincarnation from a biblical perspective. In the Gospel of Matthews, after Jesus's transfiguration, there's a moment where he is talking to his disciples and his disciples are confused because the prophecies claim that Elijah was supposed to come before Jesus's resurrection.
”And his disciples asked him, saying, Why then say the scribes that Elias must first come? And Jesus answered and said unto them, Elias truly shall first come, and restore all things. But I say unto you, That Elias is come already, and they knew him not, but have done unto him whatsoever they listed. Likewise shall also the Son of man suffer of them. Then the disciples understood that he spake unto them of John the Baptist.“ Matthew 17:10-13 KJV
Jesus is saying here that Elijah did in fact come, through John the Baptist, however, when they killed John the Baptist they did not recognize he was Elijah. However, it's not as simple as it sounds.
In the beginning of the Gospel of John, John the baptist is questioned by Jewish priest on his identity. ”And he confessed, and denied not; but confessed, I am not the Christ. And they asked him, What then? Art thou Elias? And he saith, I am not. Art thou that prophet? And he answered, No.“ John 1:20-21 KJV
Here we see when he is questioned whether or not John the Baptist is Elijah, John the baptist replies with a simple, "no."
However we look in other places in scripture, we again find Jesus saying things like this in the gospel of Luke, ”Verily I say unto you, Among them that are born of women there hath not risen a greater than John the Baptist: notwithstanding he that is least in the kingdom of heaven is greater than he. And from the days of John the Baptist until now the kingdom of heaven suffereth violence, and the violent take it by force. For all the prophets and the law prophesied until John. And if ye will receive it, this is Elias, which was for to come.“ Matthew 11:11-14 KJV
If you are like most people, clearly you can see there is some discrepancy here. Either John the Baptist lied to the jewish priest and said he is not Elijah, or Jesus lied to his disciples and when he said that John the Baptist is Elijah.
Most Christian scholars agree that John the baptist fufilled the prophecy by having the Spirit of Elijah. This I agree with, however, what does it mean to have the spirit of Elijah?
You see, how reincarnation works you and I have a soul and a spirit that is split between many different bodies throughout time. My opinion is that John the Baptist and Elijah are inhabited by the same spirit if that makes sense. This means that John the Baptist isn't necessarily Elijah. They are two different human beings. John the Baptist is not Elijah, However, they both share the same spirit. So the spirit that was in Elijah was the same spirit that was in John the Baptist.
Furthermore, pay close attention to when we see Elijah next to Jesus during his transfiguration. We do not see "Elijah", more correctly the spirit of Elijah until AFTER John the Baptist had died. If the transfiguration occurred before John the Baptist's death then sure, you could argue they had two different spirits.
So you may be wondering, if reincarnation is a possibility, why didn't Jesus talk more about it? Well in my opinion it's because that was not the role of Jesus's mission. Jesus had a very specific role to play. The belief or acceptance of reincarnation from a Christian perspective doesn't save souls. It's following Jesus and living by his words that saves people, therefore that was what Jesus and the gospels focus on rather than debating whether or not reincarnation is real.
This is a super long post and idk if you'll read all of it, but lemme know if you have more questions! Again, this is my own personal beliefs and interpretation, you're welcome to not accept it or believe it if you choose to.
Tldr; Jesus tells his disciples that John the Baptist is Elijah. John the Baptist says no he is not Elijah. Christian Scholars believe John the baptist has the spirit of Elijah.
My take is that the spirit of Elijah is within both John the Baptist and Elijah. This doesn't necessarily mean that John the Baptist = Elijah. Elijah is a previous incarnation of John the Baptist, but they are not the same person. They only share the same spirit or soul if you will.
Jesus didn't focus on this because he was focused on saving souls. Belief or disbelief in reincarnation doesn't save you. It's doing the will of the Father that saves us and that's exactly what Jesus came here to emphasize.

In the first instance try to find a good time to discuss how you feel. If this doesn’t work, I would move away and start fresh with your husband and children. They may then realise their loss and ask you to return. If you choose to return, then create some boundaries and rules to improve all your lives. If they don’t want you back, then be happy without them. Do not give people permission to make your life a misery. Just my humble advice
