Thanks so much for watching! I hope you found this video on the only two book links we should be using and sharing helpful. Happy sharing of your beautiful children's book!
Thank you for yet another very easy to follow video. The subject matter was very important. It was specific on how to create links but you showed why it was important in the bigger picture of making it easier for customers to leave reviews which in turn leads to more sales
Hi Eevi - Outstanding, well-spoken, full of information videos. I was on the brink of publishing my CPB (children's picture book) and saw your videos on YT. Watched most of them and found out about the clean links. I purchased your latest CPB & also How to Self-Publish a Children's book in the Kindle section. I will write a review for "Sometimes It Rains." I read the book via your YT video and found it meaningful. Thanks for sharing your experience and hardwork. Much success in all you do! I will send you a "clean link" to check out my CPB upon publication when it's free on Kindle. 😊 [I don't have a plan for Instagram, FB or any other social network - I'm hoping that your book would cover this area. Do you have any videos covering this subject? Thanks, again. (from Canada)]
That is so wonderful to hear, Gail! And I'm so happy you liked "Sometimes It Rains." I can' wait to read your review! As to your social media questions, I have a short video series dedicated to this topic. I've copied the link to one of the first parts right here. I so hope this helps! ua-cam.com/video/bGFOGY1PTHw/v-deo.html
Golden video! Thank you so much. I have a question regarding book links for others to leave a review. I am going to be launching my ebook first (as well as sending advanced copies to my arc team) and wanted to add a review link at the end of the ebook. I am from Canada so will be adding a Canadian link but what about anyone who buys my book from different countries? They will be directed to the Canadian review link. Any suggestions? Thank you so much 🙏❤️
I'm so happy this helped, Arlene! You could set it up the way I did in my example below the video. It wouldn't be a one-step click, but would still provide them with the direct review link for different countries. I so hope this helps!
@@EeviJones actually yes it does! Instead of including a single direct review link I will include a link (like your example) to different direct review links that they can select for their location. Thank you so much!
Thank you for this video Can't i create just a universal direct review link for my book instead of 10 links and QR code per book? I await your response
If I have the same book in hardback and paperback with different ISBN's for each, but they are listed on the same page, do reviews aggregate or is there a separate review page for each?
Hi there! How are you? If the hardcover and paperback version show up on the same sales page over on Amazon, then our reviews will all show up on that page, and all our reviews will aggregate. I hope this helps.
Thanks for the info. I tried what you suggested, but my book link doesn't look anything like yours. There are numbers listed, but they aren't my asin or isbn number. My title is listed twice but each word is separated by a + sign. I guess I better leave it alone so Amazon won't find a reason to ban my account.
Eevie, I am wondering can you be an Amazon affiliate and share the affiliate links of your own books on your website? To my understanding it is a legit way of making a little extra money, but do you think it’s worth it?
Yes, it's something we can definitely do! As long as we share that those are affiliate links. I went ahead and shared a link to one of my videos on just that. I so hope this helps: ua-cam.com/video/uqUWpGGvPFw/v-deo.html
I tried (many times) to create links (clean one and one for reviewers) using your directions. I also tried copying your links and adding my isbn to end. Neither led to my book. Message said no product found. I figured out a way to make a clean link but haven't figured out how to make one for reviewers to make it easier for them to go directly to the review section. I'll just keep giving them directions to scroll down....
Hi Mary, I just looked up your book and it works for both your paperback & hardcover. Make sure you're not using your ISBN 13. Either use your ISBN 10 or your ASIN. Good luck!

Everybody’s link will look different. There’s no need to be worried, as these are the ORIGINAL links created by Amazon. Give it a go!

My ISBN 10 is same as ASIN #
Is that normal?

Step 4 is confusing 😅
