All the fields of endeavor mankind has taken, have groups and sub groups of humans following the stream of thought. one of those subgroups is mystic / Shaman group. this group sees that stream of thought or a presentation from the consciousness VR system. Russell is this group in my opinion. And when humanity sees another layer of reality. Those people will not look back to any other group for the closest viewers of truth of the stream of consciousness unfolding before them. Russell live on when for generations to come. A true master of observing is seldom recognized during their lifetime.
One of the thing that we should start discussing now is to come up with consciousness based model of the universe. Advaita talks about instantaneous creation. Sufism talks about Breath of God as a model for the universe. Awareness is always I ie subjective. Thus an awareness based model must mean that every sentient being creates its own subjective universe. If for eg A and B are the only 2 sentient beings in the universe, then each will create his own subjective universe. In A's universe he sees B and vice versa. Its like playing multi-player internet games in which each player has his own version of the game at his computer. Awareness is also always now. That means the universe in not continuous but appears and disappears, moment by moment which is what the Sufism model of the breath of god implies. Its like a movie which appears continuous but actually is made of frames.
I go with the yogi who went with one breath at a time as all seconds are sacred. We co create in a freewill experiment hopefully to lean to worship and thank the creator. God bless.
Thank you Peter for your life's work. I've been wondering the same thing since I could do such a thing and feel I will to the end. You bring such reasoned thought to it and while awareness is a function of now in our minds it is an exciting time to be 'looking round the corner' and experiencing this 'aha' moment.
Some one who doesn't see that they can only describe and talk about specific human consciousness is blind to themselves still. Still making themselves small. Living the illusion as if real. Wake up from this. Where does God wake up to? To itself only :)
If consciousness is fundamental why does everything with consciousness die eventually? Shouldn't it be the other way around? I don't see anyone creating matter with their consciousness. When someone dies the dead matter is still there but the consciousness is gone.
Wonder why no one dared to answer this question. Good question by the way. Just watched Mark Solms on the question of consciousness and he believes he has found the answer. I kind of understood most of it but was disappointed as was wishing that there was a spiritual element to consciousness and by that I mean who is the entity that is experiencing the consciousness.
I found that matter can arrive from no where and science has documented it for a long time. The wax hands formed in spirit meetings have long been documented over time and continue. Levitation takes place occasionally over the centuries or even as recently as 1962 Garabandal Spain. All roads connect in Fatima. 1917 and 500 years before in Mexico. God is real. He equates human with God. More specifically his own singular human experience is the only experience there is. That is literally what he is pointing out but won't say outright lest no one come around for talks anymore :P It's dead end solipsism
