Wow! Just wow! Thank you soo soo much! I’ve been wanting to do a heart granny square but I was so scared to try but I must say I’m glad I did! You made it soooo easy❤ tysm! Your criminally underrated
Just found this tutorial and I had to click through a few to find one best for me. I love your voice. And thank you for showing the steps slowly and clearly and vocally repeating the steps. It really helped me make this square with ease! ❤❤❤ subbed!
OMG THANK U SO MUCH I WAS STRUGGLING WITH OTHER VIDEOS FOR AN HOUR BEFORE I FOUND YOURS! Can I ask why is my granny square so bumpy and loose? It’s not flat and neat like yours.
You can add another round to the square by doing 1 double crochet in each of the stitches but in the corners do 2 double crochets, chain 2, and 2 more double crochets. I hope this helps! 😊
you can use a larger hook size than the one you are using. maybe size up by 1mm or 2mm depending on what you like. experiment with the different hook sizes to see which one fits your chunky cardigan best. hope this helps!

I appreciate the written, but it needs to be edited. There are some errors, but between the visual and the written I got it done. I have a question about whether or not to include the slip stitches when doing that final border round. My sample starting between ch 2 to ch2 after the first 2dc, ch2 has 12 stitches, the next has 15, the next has 12 and the final side where we do the join has 16, so I just did an invisible join to eliminate that beginning ch3. I'm just curious as to your count. I tried to enlarge it, but it became to blurry. Thanks for the tutorial, it is one of the better ones that I have watched.

Does anyone know why my heart keeps coming out bigger on one side?
Idk when I messed up but mine is a trapezoid with an oval in the middle. :(
THANK YOU SOOO SOOOO MUCH IT WAS THE BEST
Thank you so much! I’m glad it was helpful!
Hii can I use this granny square for making a cardigan? Wouldn’t it be too small?
It might be. You could always do another round of double crochet stitches to make the square bigger.
@@Maddy-Marie how do I stich those corners tho, I’m sorry I’m a beginner. Also your voice is so soothing
@@Sam-j4e6c you will do the corners the same way as the last round I showed in the video. I hope this helps😊
OMG THANK U SO MUCH I WAS STRUGGLING WITH OTHER VIDEOS FOR AN HOUR BEFORE I FOUND YOURS! Can I ask why is my granny square so bumpy and loose? It’s not flat and neat like yours.

Hey so I'm making a chunky cardigan but i need to make the heart more bigger so what should i do for the 3rd round to make it bigger
You can add another round to the square by doing 1 double crochet in each of the stitches but in the corners do 2 double crochets, chain 2, and 2 more double crochets. I hope this helps! 😊
@@Maddy-Marie I'm so very sorry but can you explain it a bit more I'm having a hard time doing it
I want the heart to be bigger not the square
you can use a larger hook size than the one you are using. maybe size up by 1mm or 2mm depending on what you like. experiment with the different hook sizes to see which one fits your chunky cardigan best. hope this helps!
you can still use all the steps in the video not just from the 3rd round, it’s the exact same no matter which hook size you use.
What setting you use for you camera?
I used my DJI osmo pocket 3 and I use the basic settings. 1080p 30 fps normal color mode.
What is your yarn number i mean i dont know i m a totally beginner 🫠❤️
I used a 5mm size hook and medium weight acrylic yarn.
Do you have a written pattern?
