Please pay zakat to poor people don’t pay dasond to rich imam Ex Ismaili

Paying zakat to poor is against the Sunnah of Abu Bakar who had war against the Sahabi -Malik bin Nuwayrah who said the same thing that why pay Zakat to rich Caliph and not poor of his tribe? Whereas Caliph wanted that Zakat to be only paid to him.
Since you are not Ismaili, follow your scholar who says Earth is Flat
