- just a time attack event and I had a rough time of getting a decent lap, this lap would you believe is the best of the bunch, just endlessly getting blocked or making even worse mistakes than I did in this vid meant for a really lousy result.
So jump on board with my bluetooth hans device and see how not to do a lap of suzuka in an EG6. Made atleast 3 really big mistakes and run a 2.34 (2 seconds slower than my family spec fd2 LOL)
mistakes
1:03 too late on brakes
2:13 oil down earlier in the session was still slippery and had a big slide at 130R
2:21 too late on brakes into final chicane.
not sure how much time I lost but datalogger gives optimum lap in the top 3 so Ill pretend I had the pace and my mistakes are what made me slow :p

a lot of people are afraid of 130R but its a lot of fun, the whole track is fun and pretty fast.

rx7 wouldnt make it to the track let alone do a complete lap 😕 not sure what to do with that thing to be honest.
When they run its the best. When they dont its the worst. I suppose you would get the same performance out of the vette with no stress….you could always ship the fd to canada 😝
You seem to struggle a lot more with understeer there than at other tracks no? Flavien
yes I was deliberately trying to induce some oversteer to get the car to rotate and getting that balance right was really difficult. Not sure if car setup, old tyres, or me just sucking LOL
@@JesseStreeter hahaha yeah it looked like over driving a little, but lots of fun to watch! Pretty sure your door will end up flying off some day though lol... That thing seems to be vibrating like crazy 😂
