I heard a mantra chanting. The voice sounded like Drukmo Gyal / Maojia Zhou, and the mantra appeared to be "Om Aru Tara."

It's a nice music, but it is actually very european/western - when it comes to harmony, etc. It's not Tibetan that much, except of language ;) peace

Everything does not have to be Tibetan to be Buddhism.

That would be from your vast knowledge of Tibetan, Sanskrit and Buddhism would it ? Peace. Harmonics and languages also, I applaud your level of learning and scholarship.
