Thanks for sharing this...I was there as a re-enactor for the Parliamentarians (obviously) and had a great time entertaining and of course many drinks afterwards around the campfire.!
I bet it was great fun! We were there to see one of my husband’s colleagues who is a musketeer for the Parliamentarians. A great day out! Thank you for watching 😊🤗🤓🙏
Hi darling boy this brings back memories for me going to days out with mum and dad and my sister when I lived in England. Went to the place if the Battle of Hastings before we came here in 1969. Thankyou God bless from Karen and family in Australia,🥰🦘🌞💖🐨🇭🇲
Hey I’m one of the reenactors in this video! I’m one of the Northampton’s (green coats you can see first at about 7:12).Hope you enjoyed the event and thanks for filming it for other to see!
Oh wow! Fancy catching you on camera! It was the first event of its kind we have been to and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Thank you so much for watching and commenting, would be fab if you shared the link with your fellow re enactors and considered subscribing!
@@paperandtwine Glad you enjoyed it! The knot runs events of its like a few times a year and about the country so your always welcome back! The videos been shared about a lot of the knot Facebook group already which I how I found it,Will Gladly subscribe though!
I'm glad you enjoyed it. I've was there too, not as a reenactor, but as a videographer for my regiment. I recorded the entire battle for my youtube channel.
Thank you for sharing this re-enactment video. I enjoy attending these events. I was most interested in the crafting arts used to support the troops and women's roles in those activities. One of the more interesting living history sites that I visited was in Nova Scotia: Port-Royal National Historic Site. It was a French Fort settled in 1605.
Looks like you had a great day out! I'm also watching videos from Dragon Con on Epbot. They seem to have just as fun as these reenactors!
