It's official: Miss Minutes is now the literal definition of a _cuckoo_ clock!!! Also, Victor and O.B.'s bromance is something that I never knew I needed, but here we are. I mean, Victor was just a mood this whole entire episode in general. From his fascination with everything in the TVA, to his newfound love of the hot cocoa machine and him freaking out about Miss Minutes obsession with him, he was just really fun and unhinged in this episode and I loved that. Can't wait for the next episode. (Pin and heart, plz?)
I love how how Loki just became a part of the Tva, he's wearing their clothes, he knows the place, he has these friends that he trusts. It's so sweet to see how this just happened, and he now has a place he genuinely cares about.
The way Victor Timely was so excited about drinking hot cocoa and then a half an hour later was spaghettified was kinda sad😂😭 He was kinda sweet! The ending was absolutely insane!
I'm still so confused how they could add humor to this ep while it being so dark. We got two of the most brutal deaths ever and the TVA is ruins Victor is dead, miss minutes is off, renslayer pruned, dox and team crushed by each other and everyone else looks like it's the end for them. 💀
The entire Hot Cocoa sequence with Timely and the guard was something I DID NOT KNEW I NEEDED! So lovely, so wholesome. Something this episode knew how to make was the silent dialogues. No words were needed and yet everything was on the table! This and Dox/X-5' silent dialogue were EVERYTHING. Fr I was telling myself about Ravonna's proposal that there was the lie about protecting the TVA, bribing them with lives in the timeline like that made any sense when they're all variants and then I realized that this was the same thoughts Dox had when I saw her face... That's how you make a point, you feel that you and the character just thought the same thing and the rest of the ones act accordingly. TRUST YOUR AUDIENCE!!!
It really gives us such great insight into both Victor Timely and He Who Remains. When Loki asks He Who Remains why he'd ever give up his power at the End of Time to someone else, He Who Remains gives a lackluster answer about how time is a young man's game and he's tired and older than he looks. Sounded inadequate when you're offering power to someone like a Loki. After seeing this, I think that what he really meant is that he deeply missed the version of himself that we see in Victor Timely. Instead of making people happy with hot cocoa machines and inventions that would improve life for everyone, he wound up fighting a never-ending Multiversal War against infinite versions of HIMSELF. And if that wasn't enough, look at what counts as victory - he erased the memories of everyone who chose to trust him, ended innumerable trillions of lives through pruning, and maintained a single heavily flawed timeline through the establishment of an institution - the TVA - that is based on a lie. Imagine what all of that would do to a simple yet brilliant man who could find so much joy by just fiddling with the dials of a hot cocoa machine.
Nothing was as jarring as that scene when it ends. I don't know why that scene was my breaking point but his hot cocoa just falling to the ground had me crying.
Just wanna say Jonathan Majors is such a great actor, even the awkward and sweet Victor Timely gave me an uneasiness, no kidding, cause im scared he would suddenly turn into HWR or Kang.
As weird as it will sound, that hot cocoa scene helped me get why Miss Minutes was so infatuated with him (assuming that Victor Timely really is similar in character to He Who Remains). His enthusiasm and delight over even things like a perfect cup of hot cocoa is really infectious and endearing.
Victor was suprisingly hilarious this episode. I love when Ravonna andMiss Minutes capture him and he’s like “heyyyyy thank god you’re both ok 🙂“ like nice try man 😂😂

Season 2 has been AMAZING so far!! I swear. just when I think it couldn't get any better, it does with each passing episode. I love how they mabage to incorporate a way to balance humor in the show in every episode all while still keeping the thrill, suspense and chaos and not overshadowing it. I really like all the funny moments in each episode of the show and your edits make them X10 funnier!! : )) Especially the "victor timely does a silent film with the hot cocoa" part I CAN'T : )))

May be crazy, but, with the Jonathan Majors stuff going on, and, Ravonna's actions connecting to Terminatrix and Ravonna-Kang, i wouldn't be surprised if they found another actor for Kang, or, Ravonna will be the next Conqueror.
