thanks alex, when this model is set up properly she is a dream to fly inc take offs and landings as youve seen in the video, she is deffo faster than the fms version, weve just bought the fw-190 focke wulf as well alex - go on go for it !

lol - thanks chris, the boy hates being filmed (tough shit - get on with it son) so seems a bit stiff on camera - lol, yes I swear those trees are creeping closer each week - we had one old boy actually hit them with his acrowot as he lined up to come into land ! he was that far out he was actually behind the damn trees coming towards us - lol
I want this plane but need more practice for sure first. Seeing you fly it really makes me want to pull the trigger and buy it now but I know me I'll try and fly it before I'm ready and crash it. So I have to try and wait lol I enjoy watching the video thanks

Nice job fellas. Sure looks like a sweet flying bird! How do you think the gear will hold up? I fly from a grass field which can be a little bumpy depending on recent weather. At the moment it's got a nice thin grass cover but we just came out of three years of drought (eastern Australia)...
I absolutely loved this video. So entertaining and the plane flew fantastic. I'm seriously thinking of buying this plane. It looked rock solid in the air, though I know you were using a gyro. I do have a Hangar 9 40 size P51 that I've been flying since 2011. It has an OS 55ax glow engine for power. But I'd love to have this electric mustang in my hangar also. I've never flew a plane with a gyro, all my receivers are Futaba, eversince I started RC in 1986. But the young pilot handled the plane really well. I'm not sure if I can connect a gyro to my Futaba 2.4 receiver, but I'd still like to get this plane. The retracts look good too on it. I enjoy watching all your videos and want to wish you both a Merry Christmas and a healthy and happy 2021.

Can you tell me the exact battery you're using, you mentioned you're using the Optipower Ultrapack 5000 6 cell, is it the 30c or 50c as the weight and deminsions are different.
Lovely airplane. Tempting but it's foam. Foam and paint seem to be incompatible. Admittedly, they are easy to repair but it doesn't take long to begin looking ratty. Monocote or Ultracote retain the good looks BUT don't crash it, you could end up with a bag of toothpicks.

1c - 3c max charge
