@octylMan Im sorry but I think that GTA 4 physics are more realistic (I agree that bikes have horrible handling with the back wheel doing strange things) but the rest of the vehicles have more realistic handling (realistic DOESN'T mean easier to drive). In real life, a small crash makes more damage than gta 4 physics. You prefer more simple and arcade handling and physics, but I prefer more realistic handling and physics. Two different types of games. And yes, I replayed GTA 4, and its 2 expansions this December, completing the story mode in all of them.

You can go full speed into a wall in GTA V and it looks like you got into a small fender bender, that’s lame. The deformation value for cars is tweakable on PC. Its been toned down for some reason in the base game. Frame twisting and bending is still present in gta 5

Late answer but... Yeah it's a glitch. I think it's still avaible in all platforms. Somehow that swingset's collision detection is off. Your car pushes the swing and game is trying to reset it in its original place. Or something like that. Causing your car to slingshot in random direction with random force.
