@James-sr8ej yeah You do the right side - where the mefo bills are. You want to do the rubber focus (it grants+2 rubber per synth refinery i believe). You can also do the focus to keep the MEFO consumer goods down (you can manage 0 until 1939). When you declare war you get an event letting you choose between abandoning mefo bills (you unlock the right side, suffer initial drawbacks from recovering economy but worth) or stay with mefo and gain the 'economy of conquest' mechanic (which isnt good)
@janys6502 econ of conquest crashes so fast, as much as I enjoy the historical run, it really forces your hand to have a fast war so you can't really play around much once you get to Russia.
