Cities Skylines 2: Get back to work Update
Cities skylines 2 is slowly but surely getting ahead of cities skylines!! Keep the good work up!!! I love this game
My cousin thinks it was a real city when I showed them a screenshot
IN a way, not yet. One depressing thing srill missing is all the DLC from CS. Airports, industry, parks, leisure etc

I just wish cities skylines 2 started as better or just as good as cities skylines 1 instead of subpar in comparison to cities skylines 1
@alexanderpalkovic7766 I hope so too. Was disappointed but not pissed until the patches were slowing down, but it's nice to see Economy 2.0. Beware the initial patch death wave, lol. I was laughing. I was hoping to see ports and bridges soon, too, but that got a major delay. Was dying fir draw bridges!!!! Haven't seen drawbeidges since rhe very first SimCity. At least this gives me time to play CS and not be so afraid, lol. It still intimidates me, though.
I still find it funny how CS2 simulated capitalism so perfectly well that you had to nerf capitalism so cities could thrive

@@ChubbyStoat I mean, here in Canada once you get a house your poor just from the mortgage, so yeah, pretty realistic here
Actually the problem was to many government subsidies which lowered demand for jobs. Thats not capitalism, thats socialist welfare. Just saying. I look forward to this rework, hopefully I finally be sufficiently be challenged. It was way to easy to reach max city income with no losses. My tax rates were all at 6% with maximum city services. No matter what I did I could never lose revenue.

The anti-aliasing setting is broken in my game too, only none or FXAA works
The graphics are only a mess when you go to max zoom you muppet. Do you expect a city building game to have intricate details down to the last leaf on a bush? Too many things to render would slow the game down. You know what the assets are and there isn’t really a problem. You’re just nitpicking

I'm absolutely loving this game with mods. Yes it still needs mods for now but it was Paradox who sorted the modding system out and it works beautifully. Much better than the workshop especially using Skyve.
I’m gonna download it on pc game pass in a minute!

My biggest complaint with this game is just how the buildings generate the land it sits on looking very bumpy

it's not cancelled it's delayed. It still has a page on steam.
@@Dylan_Lanckman On the front page of the website for Life By You it says "cancelled" with a link to the post from Paradox.
@@fenus609 when did they decide they went from delay to cancelling? It seems like it was like only last week or so they anounced a delay?
@@Dylan_Lanckman Someone from Paradox (Publishing) explained that they took a step back and did an overview of the project during that indefinite delay and decided that the game as it is, and the pace of development after each delay, wasn't going to reach a point that would meet what they would consider a complete-enough game to move forward in a reasonable amount of time.
And yet my graphics card can still barely run this 🙏

The game runs twice as fast as launch day imo. I don't drop below 55fps (with mods) when I used to struggle with 18-22fps vanilla.
