I fly not too far from your airfield. No one out there except on rare occasion a guy running his beagles or a four wheeler of at a distance . Dirt roads and a paved strip from which you can take off and land your planes. Huge fields to fly. The dirt roads would be a neat area to run cars. I flew 3 packs there yesterday. Plenty of room for a flying a racer or explorer flights. A great place to avoid contact with people during these unusual times. If you are interested have Shane contact me for the location or contact information if you have more questions. Stay safe!
Your positive attitude and outlook on life is even more appreciated during these times! You both are true inspirations. And this is being said from a 70 yr old veteran who has two chronic lung diseases, an abdominal aneurysm, and survived 3 heart attacks. So “underlying conditions” .... ya I got that!😉 None of us are promised tomorrow and the two of you are real ambassadors for having fun today! So thanks for that!😀👍
Me and my son are so lucky to be healthy, and have 6 crawlers and 10 acres in the woods. I cleared him a figure 8 for his fast monster truck. And we had a rock pile started that will get many additional features if I'm at home for a while. Nice to see you all enjoying life playing with RC. Stay safe 😎
Thanks Saylors for the video. Unemployed and stuck home because of all this stuff right now. Your videos always make me smile and I really needed that.
You guys are so awesome. The message at the end was amazing. Keep up the awesome work you guys do. Not an air fan (only because I’ve never had the chance to fly something) but still follow you guys and watch all the ground shows lol. Thank you guys for doing all you doo.
Same here will be closing off the beach/parks areas in a few days😱. Here, you guys gives me almost daily entertainment while being limited movement confinement. 🙏🧙♂️😋🥳
Yeah, especially in times like this it helps to accentuate the positive and to count our blessings. One of my blessings is to have and be able to afford a decent internet connection. I'm able to enjoy watching videos from you guys and others.
We saw that too, but I think were just really distracted with everything going on. Definitely going to have fun with that speed switch. Thanks for pointing it out 👍⚓😎
Actually, the absence of windows and this kind of suspension is a very realistic feature. Real short course trucks have no windows and a solid rear axle too
We just got shut down here in central coast cali. Looks like my neglected toys are going to get a lot more stick time. I recently discovered your channel and subscribed after my first two vids. I have been trying to get my wife into this stuff for years,I introduced her to your channel and she loves it.( baby steps) ..Thanks for the refreshing content.Keep up the great work.
Come to Seattle Washington, I have a HUGE RC park here on 13 acres! There's plenty of room to keep distance between people & still have a few people on the course for RC fun!
Looks like a pretty cool truck for the price! I love that the body comes plain and let's you add stickers yourself. Also 300 national guards being deployed to Ohio... Crazy.
Again orange is good. Did very well. I think the spare tires are causing it to be a bit top heavy, WADA ya think ❔❓❔. Plastic looks a bit thin. Alway's enjoy the videos. I've been practicing distancing with you for year's, I mean California is distant. 😋😋🥴. Good videos with great people in these sad times help everyone. Looks pretty good for being so cheap! How long was the total run time on that 3000mah battery? And thank you guys for the positive message. Lots of fun still to be had, and lots of opportunities to just be good to each other during this mess.
We ran this for another 15 - 20 minutes or so after the video, while walking around the field getting some fresh air. The battery still showed no signs of giving out 👍⚓😎

Like the other Feiyue trucks, this one has the low and high rates...and you were running it in the low rate I am guessing since you didn't mention the key that changes it to high-rate. Thanks for your concern about the Covid-19 virus. I spent a week in the hospital with all the signs that I had caught it...I was having problems breathing, my heart was racing trying to get oxygen everyone, and was not beating regularly, either. It turned out that I have Influenza "A", not Covid-19. But it means that I have to isolate myself since I am at a higher risk of catching *any* flu that is going around. But all Canadians have been asked to isolate themselves if at all possible, and all of our restaurants and bars are closed, or only allowed to have 25 people in them at any one time. All churches are closed, and we aren't supposed to have gatherings of 25/50 people (depending on what part of Canada) or more. Everyone that can work from home should be working from home. The Federal Government has changed the employment insurance rules so that if you lost your job due to your company being shut down due to the virus, or you have flu-like symptoms and are now self-isolating, you will get employment insurance benefits, *and* your company can't fire you, and has to take you back after this crisis. Luckily, I am on a disability pension and the staying home part is easy, but it makes food shopping very hard, thankfully, there is are grocery delivery services available...but they are constantly out of things. I had to go out myself today to try to find some bread...the stores were sold out, and I was only able to get some hamburger buns and bagels. That will work...not as good as bread, but I can put Peanut Butter on them, or melt cheese, etc. It's going to be an "interesting" few weeks up here in Canada. You people take extra care!!!
Nice lil truck for the price. Maybe stick a $20 Flysky FS-BS6 receiver in there...it has gyro stability, to keep you from flipping over so much. Of course, you'll need something like the Flysky 2.4Ghz FS-GT5 Radio to use stability control. Now, if you've been looking for a real good budget radio, you can get the Flysky 2.4Ghz FS-GT5 Radio & FS-BS6 6 Channel Receiver, for around $70. Great radio, and it has 20 model memories in it. It works with most of the legacy flysky receivers too. Anyway, as many ground buggies as you have, it would sure get rid of alot of those ho-hum rtr radios you have laying around, and gets you a premium radio, at a budget price. As far as the parks....kind of the flip side going on here. They just announced that all the state parks have suspended the admission fee. Wow! So, I've been doing a bunch of crawling the past week. Thanks for the content. I really enjoy your channel. Hey...how about a demo run video of the Axial Capra you guys got a little while back? I've been wanting to see that one on the rocks. Keep your spirits up, and enjoy the time to play. Crawling is definitely a safe hobby, being able to get out away from any crowds. Keep up the good work.
At 4:52 pretty sure Nate called this a brushed rc. tsk tsk. was gonnna give a 11/10 on this vid but now its a 10/10. great vid saylors like usual. hope unstay safe and healthy
Good Job to you both. I'm absolutely loving the colour of it. Love orange. You should definitely have more subs, your a really Cool Channel..I love it. I wonder if you could put this on a 3/4s, then it would be lethal lol..but nice 1..I like it. Good Job 👍😉
No we definitely do not need the park but it is fun there! Hope the world bounces back from this virus so we can all start to enjoy the things again that we were taking for granted 👍⚓😎
I’ve been a RC MAN for many years, but I’m looking for my first Short Course Truck, and teaching my 4.5 year old son, the amazing world of Hobby Trucks. Since being a father means more expenses already, was going to hold off on buying a a Traxxas Truck until 8-10 years old. Do you feel this is a Hobby Grade truck or still toy grade, and did it seem like it would handle a little bashing, and my son, lol. Love your guys Channel, my son and I have watched almost every episode, and like how you and your lovely wife always give honest reviews and opinions no matter the Brand!!! Please keep sharing, thanks😎
Thanks Daniel, and son!! What a sweet hobby to share together! Traxxas used to be the cream of the crop but Arrma is passing them pretty hard right now. I'd actually highly recommend picking up one of their brushed RTR models for the little dude, and setting the throttle to 50% at first. Then you can simply upgrade to Brushless 3S when he is ready and old enough! Here is one of our videos running Arrma - ua-cam.com/video/J5-GQNDWw3Q/v-deo.html I would ask that whatever you end up going with, please consider supporting us by using our links. Thanks! I hope this helps!
My new replacement Champ arrived today and I took it to the park and flew it. So grateful to Horizon Hobby. Its still completely normal here. Stores are normal, town is normal. Luckily no bans here. Our airfield is too muddy to get to so I had to go to the park. So sick of rain.
You are one lucky person. Even small towns around us are being affected. We live in a larger town in Northern Lower Michigan. One case of the virus showed up but they are really not residents. This is a vacation destination and many people own a summer home here. We live here and they supply us with many jobs. This could hurt our town really badly.
@@rancepowell834 I live in Northern Michigan and it has affected our community . Being we have the largest hospital in the area. We would still be over run in a day.
parks closed...strange. here they are encouraging people to get out as long as they can stay away from others. Parks here are never crowded though and right now it's 15F with lots of snow.
They have not closed any outside parks here and I am not sure why they would. Being parks are outside, it makes no sense. That's just insane. The sad part is people need to get outside to keep their sanity. Here the weather keeps people inside . Yes spring is here but we are still dealing with snow, rain, hail, it's crazy. I am about to pull that Crawler I got from you out and start working on it. People are still hording here. I expect to see the government issuing booklets for food if people cannot start learning to limit their purchases. Toilet paper continues to be an issue here, yet food is available other than milk, eggs and bread. We get eggs from friends whom have chickens and I make great home made bread.Thank you for making your videos, It makes me think there are some things still normal. The internet has been cutting out here every day. Our system is not holding up well to everyone being on the internet here in our park. They need to go through here and upgrade all the wire to CF.
Sounds like fun Paul! I really wish our parks didnt get closed here. I can deal with basically everything else, but the parks were a great, peaceful outlet for us and we could still keep our distance from others. Still, we must stay positive and stay strong 👍⚓😎
@@TheRcSaylors the bathrooms are closed though, must be the tp shortage, so i prefer night trailing, good luck on finding open space, possibly a school yard or shopping center parking lot
Yeah, as Abby said later in the video, I thought the battery 'door' was cool and neat how it hooked in the back then had just one clip towards the top. It's been windy here so I can't fly my Sport Cub and it's also been rainy to run my Deadbolt, but I have been charging the battery a lot for my 24th Deadbolt for inside. Just need to make a little course for something different. Y'all take care of yourselves and that little one.
I Was paning on going at this one secluded spot in the mountains that I usualy go to fly and slope soar my plane but our Governor, in the sate of California, had just issued a mandatory stay at home order today. I dont mind, as I know that our giverment is doing the best they can to stop this thing. Looks like it's time to bring out my nano RCs.
We're open here in so ill still for now..garden of the gods is a nice spot..but be careful if you bring the kiddo..ive got vids from there on my channel.bring lots of batts
The world sure got scary in a hurry and bound to get worse for a little while. Im sorry everyone is stuck inside but u can do it. Heck ive got a 5 yr headstart on everyone cuz i just went thru several back surgeries. It stopped raining in california for a day so i took my cousin up to the local "MillCreek" to get some drone video of him playin guitar next to fast moving water. We straped his lil' 3D 360' camera underneath my little beast drone and got some pretty cool video. It was a chalenge to keep in the air, his camera pulling my drone down and a lil wind pushing it away. Had alota fun.
oh no, richie will probably talk to himself again, he should probably get himself a hobby or start writing for the music/ comedy show him and cousin are putting together
What battery was u all using in it? Seen a video where they used a 2s lipo and really put more life in it. Really considering buying, just ordered a fy01, then seen this on flash sale for almost same price.
