Ok so I think I’m now regretting my decision on my purchase of the XTR1 for my truck. There was absolutely no mention of a back order of parts when I made my order. I’ve called, was told that their picking up parts later that day and will ship it right out, that was a week and a half ago. I’ve e-mailed and got no reply at all from customer service. I called again and spoke to others that said they will find out when it will be shipped out and text me back, but days have gone by and no text. My order was placed over a month ago now, cancelled a planned trip as well. I hate to keep bugging them. I do understand that I’m not the only customer, but if you say you’re going to do something then do it. Get back to the customers that have paid you and let them know what is going on with their order.
The customization should be no problem. Just mounting specific bed mounting brackets. Have you though about a Diamondback bed cover then mounting your rack on top of the Diamondback? That's the path I took for my Canyon several years ago. The extruded aluminum could be base mounted on the Diamondback and the the rest is up to $$ and imagination.
Sign me THE HELL UP. Already on your website to see what's available now vs. what's coming in the near future. The main structure attachment points on any system like this usually prove to be the weak points. Please consider the use of Grade 8 fasteners. And perhaps black power coated fasteners as well, to match the finish of your frame, plates, etc. Also, give additional thought to how a heavily loaded rack system like this wants to slide forward or rearward as a vehicle climbs or descends steep grades, and look for means to prevent this.
You need to get these accessories on your site stat! I love how modular the rack is.
They need to use wheel for roll outs. then there is weight on them, they don't' slide out easily.

I couldn't find bike mount on your website
I think this is the best rack system as I know.
Where is that pull out table on site? You sold me on bed frame over other brands just for having weight support structure over my XR rolling cover.
I luv these, where I can buy these accessories?
Do you ship to Canada?
PLEASE give us the name of the sliding table mounted to the rack
You mentioned something about working on "a full bike rack" or "fork bike rack" what was meant by that?
Do you have some panel that install in the back to stop the boxes slide out when you driving?
Absolutely love your racks!! What brand are those cases
That vehicle will never leave the pavement. Lol.
BRAVO!
Yeah, with everything up that high, you better avoid any states with trees lmao, and any inclines over 30 degrees
