I happen to have a copy of the Popular Science magazine from March 1952 which has a large illustrated article about "Jawn Henry". It is worth the read if you can find a copy.
I love the Norfolk & Western Railway ever since I saw their company produced video Operation Fast Freight and today I now have all 9 Herron Rail N&W DVD's and even some O scale models of them (2 As, 1 E2, 1 Y6b, 1 Y3a, 2 GP9s, 1 K, 2 Js)
Thanks Not A Problem 😉🥰 I Have Quite A Few OF These DVDs Like Articulateds IN The Appalachia And Don Krofta’s Steam And Diesel ON The PRR Both Volumes 1 And 2 I’ve Also Got AT Home Steam And Diesel ON The Nickel Plate Road AS Well Love The Memories OF Railroading Past I Can’t Remember Which NKP RR Volume I Got Though I Have TO Look AT The Front Cover Again
Most programs usually focus on the Big 3 classes and maybe the Mollies but this has K's, Z's and even E's! Also the production music honestly makes up for the lack of live or dubbed sound to me
OH Wait You DO Have IT Uploaded Just Final Step For Making IT Public I See What You Meant Also Especially Uploading Steam And Diesel ON The Pennsylvania Railroad Volume 1 Altoona Area That’ll BE Amazing 🤩
I Know You Got Norfolk And Western Big Steam ON There Already But Where IS Articulateds IN The Appalachia Like Where IT Shows The B&O EM-1 And And C&O H8 Allegheny
These clips are history right here! Seeing those Streamlined 4-8-2’s are RARE. Excellent video!
Thank you for sharing. This is the first time I have seen the Z class 2-6-6-2s in action.
That early electronic music tho
Thank you for sharing this awesome video! It even showed the N&W TE-1 class steam turbine #2300 aka "Jawn Henry" at 27:41.

I think this is the only video of old N&W steam that I've seen 2156 in action, thank you!
how crazy is that? Only 1 video of a near extinct locomotive that's still around
@@T-rick There's probably more, old videos being very blurry it's hard to see road numbers most of the time.
Thanks for uploading this! The 80's production music makes it perfect
M class 475 starred in Thomas and the magic railroad in 2000
