I don't remember Sam have a tan maybe it's the low contrast between skin and hair makes it look like that and her skin is on the peachy side so maybe that's why,I am not makeup artist or something maybe there's really tans that looks like her skin I don't know,however you brought back memories 🥺💗 she was my idol and you definitely knew what to make her wear 🌟💗🌟
