The fact that family will eventually for multiple reasons; like ex neighbors telling them, they might have meet Reice already, looking the ranch up, a viral ods video, ect; see this video and the goofy stuff ods is going to do to a cherished place they love and might even see your comment makes the shirts go even harder, I'm more of a Mandys room guy myself I think Mandys room will win the great ranch competition but I'm happy for all rooms competing this season.

Hey ODS if you’re looking for ideas, Ronald Finger has a few videos on renovating his garage for car projects.
He had a split garage like yours but tore down the wall and put new structure in its place to completely open up the inside.

That land is insane! To the third ODS house
that land has many video ideas within it such as renovating that brick shack could turn it into a workshop for bikes or atv's or a mancave you would just have to clear out the wood from the previous roof and make your own and make some doors for it because im pretty sure that would be cheaper to do over renovating the 2nd house yall went in the 2nd house yall went in has some bad water damage and all together might cost if not more than 3 brand new cars unless you can get a cheap deal off of someone yall know
