When I did my maternity rotation in nursing school I had to observe a C-section and the mother and father had 7 boys and they waited til delivery to find out the gender cause it was going to be their last baby and the dr pulled the baby out and it was a GIRL ! The whole O.R. Cheered and clapped for them a few even had a tear or 2 cause everyone was just so happy for them cause they always wanted a girl ❤I truly felt so honored to be able to share that beautiful moment with them ❤

These types of families aren't the problem, the problem is all the women having kids before marriage with men they have not even been with long. Sure, they buy a van - then a bigger house etc. Still 24 hrs per day. 🤔 If if if any of those 4 kids had a chronic anything, (I come from a medical family... I do billing) then everyone else in the family has less resources to have a good life, let alone college or a trade school. I've seen families w lrg # of kids work well IF . . they purposely space out the kids & income is comfortable. This gives the first few kids enuf time w parents to mature to age 6+... and then they can help out better w chores and watching the next batch of babies that come along. Our children had everything they needed but not everything they wanted. We kept it simple for Christmas, birthdays and holidays and found ingenious ways to do the things we wanted to do. The most precious gift is giving children the time they need, that’s the most challenging aspect.

Yes, exactly what we are. But by the 4th girl your running out of names!!! Then came the 5th girl!!!! At that point I had no more family names I liked that I wished to share. So she got my favorite flower, which is a white and purple Gazania (Ga-Zan-E-Ah). Middle name is Grace because she was a miracle due to 4 months of hemorrhaging in the beginning of the pregnancy. The 6th unfortunately didn't survive after birth. The 7th was our last and by that point I was laughing because I knew a boy was out of the cards. Even was prepared with a name...Penelope Renee...but no! It was a BOY!!!! He got daddies name.
That boy is gonna be very protected by all those sisters!
