I don’t often like how my alcohol ink backgrounds turn out. Yours are SO classy! I don’t have T!m’s huffer tool, which might make a difference in my creations. I need to play again. I also need to work on my batching and organizing. oh and this one ❤should get more than 1 thumbs up👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 but, alas, I am not allowed to say how I truly feel by youtube. I hope you are enjoying this glorious day in the mitten. 🌞
When I saw this video I could not get to my crafty space fast enough to gather my binder and baseball card sleeves - this is probably one I’d my favorite ideas ever for storing sentiments!!! Beautiful cards 💗
What a beautiful set of cards! Your card making process is beautifully streamlined. Thank you for showing so many of us products and techniques for simplifying our card making. The results are beautiful!
Amy, beautiful cards!! I will have to get my alcohol inks out now!!! I also like to have white spaces also!! Thanks for sharing my friend!! Have a wonderful weekend🥰💙❤💜
Soooo pretty! Can’t wait for our weather to cool off so I can pull my inks out and play with the windows open!! As always, great inspiration…TY so much!!🧑🏼🎨💗👍🏻👍🏻
Gorgeous alcohol ink backgrounds! And so fast and easy! I must try posterboard! I have started die cutting extras and it really is a game changer! Thanks for all you share Amy! Have a great weekend!
Thanks for all the tips and reminders, Amy! I have a ton of alcohol ink but have not used them in years. Hope they still work…congrats on over 6K in subscribers❤️ Keep going👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
Your cards are AWESOME!! I don't know why I feel intimidated with my alcohol inks. Probably because I don't feel like I have control over how they are going to end up. 🙄🤔I need to get them out and play I guess and see if I can come anywhere close to getting such beautiful backgrounds as you did.
I ordered some of the micro dot adhesive sheets after seeing your review video and I like them. Your alcohol ink cards are very pretty and I like how you die cut them before adding the ink. I usually die cut after I've used the inks and lose all my white space.
I really did struggle for a long time. Then my friend Al showed me this method through her vid and I have been using it ever since with consistent results!! Have fun crafting!
You know I don't have a vid about it but this is good inspiration to make one. These are thin metal dies that you put on top of the paper and then sandwich it between the cutting plates and run it through an embossing/die cutting machine that applies a lot of pressure and then it cuts the paper. I hope this helps.
If you meant the titanium foil from the other vid then here it is H&H Textile Foils: www.hhsignsupply.com/productcart/pc/showsearchresults.asp?keyword=textile+foils
Not for cards no. When I was selling alcohol art pieces for walled art then I would do a UV spray and a fixative but for just cards, no. Thanks so much for watching!!
Thanks so much for watching and for the note. I honestly get them from all over the place. Is there a particular one you are interested in and I can try and let you know the specifics?

Amy, are you buying the massive single large sheets of Poster Board or the smaller sheets that come in a pack from Dollar Tree?
@@briges.766 I buy the big full sheets and cut them down.

Those are so gorgeous, I love alcohol inks! I will only use them outside because I'm afraid they will hurt my dog, more than I worry about myself.

Time to try these again.....does not look that difficult. Probably 'crafter error' 😊😊😊

I like to use poster board..thanks

Love this video! I am not clear on the die cut. Is this a tool for cutting the paper and is there a video on this? Thanks.
You know I don't have a vid about it but this is good inspiration to make one. Beautiful cards. For the poster paper, are you using the shiny side or the matte side? And is it the same with photo paper? Thanks for any info 😊
Poster board shiny side. Photo paper the backside (not the side that gets printed on). Thanks for watching!!
Is the posterboard matt finish or glossy? Thanks for a fun video!
It is glossy for sure, that's why it works and flows around on the surface.
Amy I think these alcohol ink backgrounds are awesome. I have those small tunes of foil but where did you get the titanium one you used?
Do you mean the titanium foil from the other alcohol ink vid?

Thank you so much for your quick reply. I'm going to order a couple of rolls.

Is this a special paper you use or regular cardstock?
Hiya, it's not regular cardstock. I use glossy coated poster board from the dollar store with the alcohol inks.
