Thanks Mr. Harrison for a great video. I've been watching tutorials lately and some people blah, blah, blah endlessly on everything but the actual process or go into minutia. You're to the point and move along nicely so we don't get bored.
Thanks, I watched your video. I searched on line for the Tenacity and the only place I found was in Australia. Your videos are so easy to follow, I appreciate them greatly!
Great tutorial thanks for posting. I was wondering if you didn't want that double silver round discs below the setting then can you still set it flush? For instance like in a ring or a pendant where you didn't want the extra layers. Thanks
I've been looking at the bur sets and I'm really lost because of all the sizes and types. Can you do a video on these/them, explaining their uses...pretty please with sugar on top!
i just soldered the pieces together to get the height i needed. you could set the stone on the back to have a flat setting, or in a ring shank if it was thick enough.
It’s very good of you to do these demos for us. Many thanks.

Thank you very much for you generous sharing. May I ask what the yellow liquid you put on the metal board is before you make soldering?
Thanks a lot, indeed.
Where do you purchase the machinist vice.
Thanks for your great videos!
Great tips and tricks! Thank you
Mr. Harrison, thank you for your videos, what is the name of a yellow fluid for solder?
Thank you again.
Borax
can you do this with any shape stone, rectangle perhaps?
thank you for making these.
What brand of solder do you use?
+Arlene Shermam i make my own
Thanks!
where is part 2?
Or just use wax to hold the stones in place while you're chasing.
you could use that, but i usually find if the metal is annealed it is pretty easy to move
you could use a chasing hammer and sharp centre punch, but you would need a helper to hold the stones in while you work, other wise they jump out

yes, but cutting the seat accurately for the stone is the hard part.

just type in gypsy setting part 2 in the you tube search box
