I’ve been loving this game. The story is garbage and the path concept is pretty inconsequential in story mode, but endless mode, omg. There is a ton of strategy involved, since your ship choice and how you spend your cash in the early levels make a huge difference in the later levels. The snap decision you need to make at the start of a level throws some variety into the mix, because the bonuses and penalties can make all the difference, and you only have a few seconds to choose your path. I get that this isn’t for everyone, but I absolutely LOVE endless mode.
