Probably above it. Lift station is still to renovate in Smart house.

@@markscooby So the lift station will only renovate under Phase 3 of the Smart House storyline. But even the Mountain Estate has only 2 areas left, why are there three buildings that have to be renovated in the future?

I think there's 3 more the lift, observatory and the bell tower probably..... The observatory is small but the space in the back of it is too big im guessing there will be some kind of garden there
