Only 6 comments after 8 years on UA-cam! Definitely the most underrated Eastwood movie. The attention to detail in a pre-CGI era is amazing! Even down to the reflection of the aircraft in the visor and how the sun moves across the cockpit. Spectacular. Hats of to Eastwood who produced and directed!
@@daryl1776 That part was excellent and the scene where Giant does a speed test through the mountains and him having a fun time. “Boy, is this a machine.”- Mitchell Gant The musical moment when he shoots down the Badger to avoid the missiles fired at him and the landing on the ice to meet the submarine Mother One to refuel.
There was, I held the record in my hand , but didn't have the cash to buy it it then. went back to the record store the next week to get it and it was gone.
@ I guess the record album was priced at $29.00 or less? There may be one place where the soundtrack could be found. Los Angeles, CA. In a Hollywood movie memorabilia shop somewhere. It’ll probably take a while to find it. Perhaps months.
Bonjour, Je recherche la liste des titres des 20 pistes de cet bande originale de film ainsi que le code barre inscrit au dos de la pochette CD. Merci.
I love this movie

Yep, some people mocked it. Parts of it are actually quite good. A lot better than some of the modern sh-te that gets made nowadays.
one of my favorite cold war movies of the 80’s and an uplifting soundtrack
There should have been a soundtrack to this film. Maurice Jarre’s score is amazing!
Yes, I particularly like the music during the attack on the Missile Cruiser Riga.

The whole world hates russia now. And it will do it for a long-long time. You are all fucked now. Mother fucker russia.
Time russia got its act together and joined civilisation instead of threats and attacking its neighbours.
Personally, I HATED the movie, "Firefox," because it is a purely right-wing fantasy especially from the time of a tragicomedy called the Cold War.
Robert Polanco This is about the music, not the video
@@Angelseaten - Like yeah. I understand all right!
Personally I loved the film. The book it's based on is very good too!
@@marklatchford9557 - Mark, you are pathetic and delusional as well! I guess you must be a typical right-wing fantasy lover or something!
@@robertpolanco1973 Wow, you don't cope well with people having a different opinion to you, do you Bob. X
To me personally, the best two themes written by the maestro was this, and the theme for the CBS western Cimarron Strip.
Reminds me when I watch this movie sure hyperspeed story.I never expect When I reach College ILL took up Aeronautics.
