My pickups (didn’t pick up much due to the continuation of the pandemic): -Ad Astra 4K -Beauty and the Beast (1991) 4K -Ben-Hur (Diamond Luxe Edition; 1959) Blu-ray -A Bug’s Life 4K -Little Women (2019) Blu-ray -Rogue One: A Star Wars Story 4K
I got: Jurassic World 5-Movie Collection w/ Slipcase(Blu-ray and Digital) Get Out(Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital) Zero Dark Thirty(Blu-ray and DVD) Boyhood w/ Slipcover(Blu-ray, DVD, and Digital) 1917 w/ Slipcover(4K, Blu-ray, and Digital)
I feel the same way about physical media. I bought Curly Sue on digital because I couldn't find it anywhere on dvd or bluray and now I just feel incomplete.
I got: Green Book: Blu Ray Star Wars The Rise of Skywalker: 4K Ultra HD Fight Club: Blu Ray Toy Story 1, 2, 3 Blu Ray Steelbooks Black Panther: Blu Ray Edit: All this cost like $32.
The past two sundays, Best Buy has had a Disney steelbook sale (we are talking Frozen 4K for 10 dollars). I don’t know if this will be a routine, but I would check Best Buy this Sunday just in case.
I only bought 1 blu ray this month and that was Zombieland Double Tap, but did buy Resident Evil 3, Modern Warfare 2 campaign remastered, Man of Medan and Sniper Elite V2 remastered for Xbox.
Great video Sean! I picked up The Mask and Knives Out on DVD. I LOVE both movies and so my mom got both of them for me for my 16th birthday last week. See you in your next video.
It was my birthday so i got so many blu-ray’s, Whiplash, Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade, and i got 2 new steelbooks, Ratatouille and Goonies. Plus i just ordered Mission Impossible Ghost Protocol
I don't have much Blu Ray's, I watch most things on steaming or rent movies. I have a few, movies like Kung Fu Panda 3 and some movies I have on some cheap national DVDs, but it's mostly streaming for me
I got the Austin Powers trilogy, Jumanji the next level , the Rush Hour trilogy with Money Talks, Kong Skull Island, Police Squad the Series, Indiana Jones: the Complete Adventures, Baby Mama, and What About Bob.
Suggestion: that Middle Earth bluray collection doesn't include any of the extended editions for either Lord of the Rings or The Hobbit. Its sort of a big deal because those extended cuts, imo, significantly improve some of the movies like Fellowship, Return of the King and Battle of the Five Armies (especially this last one). Maybe for a future ranking video you can take those into account? Or maybe even another ranking of films which got improved by Director Cuts.
I got the Sam Raimi Spider-Man trilogy on bluray as well as Pan's Labyrinth and Little Women! It was certainly a weird month for me as well. I miss browsing movie sections! If anyone is interested, my blu-ray haul video is going up today :p
The blurays I got this month are: Rise of Skywalker Little Women Longshot Ant Man Ant Man & the Wasp Iron Man 3 Thor Ragnorok Avengers Tron Jurassic Park Raiders of the Lost Ark Schindler's List The Thing (1982) The Lego Movie Perks of Being a Wallflower Man of Steel Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World Get Out Shutter Island Happy Death Day The King's speech Black Mirror seasons 1 and 2 Also, I got a few DVD'S: The complete Adventure Time series Hugo No Country For Old Men The Hateful Eight Groundhog Day Good Will Hunting
@@SeanChandlerTalksAbout they are a LOT longer but in the end it means more character growth, more cool scenes, and just overall more. Almost all LOTR fans agree that the extended editions are far better if you like epic movies.
Would love it if you ranked the Peter Jackson films (as you've just got LOTR and King Kong). Some of his earlier works are really enjoyable and probably stuff that a lot of people haven't seen :))
... I spent too much this month. I got: Star Wars: Rise of Skywalker Predator 4K Color Out of Space Finding Nemo Rocky Alladin Peanuts Movie Robocop Pirates of the Caribbean 1&2 The Grey And the Abbott and Costello Collection :)
I actually finished reading Return of the King literally today so I’m gonna binge LotR this weekend, I wish I had the set Also you could rank the movies when the Amazon TV show comes out (but I don’t know when it’s coming out so it could be a while) or you could just do them while no new movies are coming out
Yeah. Looks like Sunday. Tomorrow will be Mummy ranked. Both are already shot. I'm working on something extra that goes along with the Movie Channel video It's taking time.
nolanc94 i used to think the same thing, but then I bought the extended versions and absolutely loved them lol. Got the Hobbit ones too lol (they’re undoubtedly not as good but I love them all the same?
Hobbit and Lord of the Rings Movies in my opinion: #6: Battle of the Five Armies #5: The Two Towers #4: The Desolation of Smaug #3: The Fellowship of the Ring #2: An Unexpected Journey #1: The Return of the King
You should rank all the movies that got delayed by how dissapointed you were that they were delayed
Sam Spady great idea, he should definitely consider it
Or a top 10. There's over 50
The only movies I got was The Rise of Skywalker and the two It movies.
My pickups (didn’t pick up much due to the continuation of the pandemic):
-Ad Astra 4K
-Beauty and the Beast (1991) 4K
-Ben-Hur (Diamond Luxe Edition; 1959) Blu-ray
-A Bug’s Life 4K
-Little Women (2019) Blu-ray
-Rogue One: A Star Wars Story 4K
Nice
Ad Astra is gonna be amazing in 4k mate!
One of the major reasons why I love your channel is when you sit back and relax and just talk about how your life is

I feel the same way about physical media. I bought Curly Sue on digital because I couldn't find it anywhere on dvd or bluray and now I just feel incomplete.
I just watched Warrior. Thanks for the great recommendation Sean
*You should do a collection of various movie items you have collected during the course of your life!*
I got Ford V Ferrari, Knives Out, Doctor Strange 4K, and Airplane! this month

I got:
Green Book: Blu Ray
Star Wars The Rise of Skywalker: 4K Ultra HD
Fight Club: Blu Ray
Toy Story 1, 2, 3 Blu Ray Steelbooks
Black Panther: Blu Ray
Edit: All this cost like $32.
Hudson Gruebele I love Green Book, I don’t understand the backlash from people after the Best Picture win.
Christopher I love it too. It’s my 5th favorite movie of 2018.
Hudson Gruebele I am the wrong age group for it so I didn’t like Green Book
awesome dude
Do please a new ranking from Middle-Earth
The past two sundays, Best Buy has had a Disney steelbook sale (we are talking Frozen 4K for 10 dollars). I don’t know if this will be a routine, but I would check Best Buy this Sunday just in case.
That LOTR/Hobbit collection would be great if it included the extended editions
May the 4th be with you.
Hudson Gruebele what
Peter Hall Soon it will be Star Wars Day on the fourth. And by saying ‘May the Fourth Be With You’ it means peace and have a good Star Wars Day
Hudson Gruebele yeah meaning not yet why the hell would you type that now?
Peter Hall Cause I’m I know I’m going to be busy on the 4th watching Star Wars
Hudson Gruebele then don’t comment this

Game night was surprisingly funny!
Might buy TROS but since it’s coming to Disney+ in a few days it would be more for completing a set than liking the movie.

I can’t imagine I would enjoy that more
@@SeanChandlerTalksAbout they are a LOT longer but in the end it means more character growth, more cool scenes, and just overall more. Almost all LOTR fans agree that the extended editions are far better if you like epic movies.

Wow
I can’t believe you’ve seen over 20 movies this year
When I only saw 2
Well when you’re a full time movie UA-camr, 20 is actually a small number
Yeah true
But movie theaters are shut down so I don’t blame you for seeing twenty which is really that many movies I watch every year
