Thanks for your review, Nikolaj. "Suspicion" is not one of my top favorite Hitchcock films, although it's not my least favorite of his films either. I have seen it more than once, but not in a long time, and I haven't had any particular desire to see it again. But since you liked it so much more after watching it again recently, I might watch it again too if I find it streaming somewhere, and I will see if I agree with you. 😄
I understand you Julie! I didnt have any desire to watch it either, but I was plesently surprised. Let me know what you think of it, when you watch it again🙂
I enjoyed the film, but I prefer Rebecca and Notorious. Probably like Notorious best because I love Clause Rains. ❤ I think I'll have to rewatch all. Perhaps I should revisit all of Hitchcock, especially the Man Who Knew Too Much.
Thanks for watching Janet! I also love Notorious - Claude Rains were brilliant in it - I agree. Notorious is favorite of his in the 40s, and my second favorite Hitchcock film after Rear Window. Good idea about re-watching them.
@thefilmclassic4210 I guess so, due to Raines. But I also love his remake of The Man Who Knew Too Much and the Trouble With Harry and Mr and Mrs Smith. Love Carole Lombard. Oh Gosh! That's like asking my favorite child! I can't do it! Feet to the fire I'll go with Notorious. But give me 5 minutes and I'll change my answer! Apparently I have commitment issues! 😅
@@janetmccausland8953 Haha Thats great, I understand you completely! I also really want to re - watch The trouble with Harry soon. It has been some years since I last saw it.
