- We finally finished up the Tomos moped build and took a trip to Charlotte to meet up with some of the best moped stunters the world has ever seen!! I've never seen anyone ride mopeds with this type of street style like these guys, so if you want to see more from them check them out on instagram!!!

i mean i can run both ways but you lose power
@@TwoStrokeJ He's right man 100%, it needs to point down to the exhaust port otherwise you'll lose power on the long run.

Dudes you rule! I'm very happy to see you guys tune those Tomos mopeds, i come from Slovenia where those mopeds are made! And tune them to go 60mph+
What displacement are they usually, no way their doing this on upgraded 50cc?
@@jamesbalsley6135 factory is 49cc, we can hone the original cylinder to max 60cc. They use an aftetmarket 75cc aluminum cylinder kit. Quite expensive

@@jamesbalsley6135 the stock cylinder can be widened to 42.5mm (61ccm i think), the APNs are 4 speeds but we add a 5th. A dellorto sha 16/16 is normally good, MFpower or Lipnik exaust (both home made by experts (not anymore but you can find them second hand)) widened tunnels for the intake and exhaust, sprocket ratios and bigger jets normally do the trick

@@TwoStrokeJit's different in finland, here "moped" is a legal term that means 50cc or under and 1.5kw or under but nobody's "moped" (actually slightly smaller supermotos, minibikes, scooters, etc.) fits in that criteria
