Nice video, thanks for sharing! Mid haying equipment problems are always such a downer, I respect your ability to keep your calm through it. I’ve been there with knotter issues and breaking one bale out of every 5. Glad your neighbor has a tractor to help you out! How many acres of hay do you do?
Thank you! I'm enjoying it. Yeah, it's tough when you have issues, but fun when things are going smooth! Yes, video coming soon with the fix for my tractor.
Nice hydro ramps! I love my hydro deck and jacks, when i had a new holland baler i always had much better luck with sisial twine. Its always something when it comes to baleing day, keep at it hopefully better luck tomorow!
@@WelshFarms i have a Bwise 24' hydro deck with 8k axles its a real nice unit i have it in some of the videos on my channel, works great for moving sheds and shipping containers,... and well 1anything that you could fit on the deck lol
It’s not very common for the blades to get bent. Check the knife arm for play and shim it if you feel too much. You don’t want it rock hard since it is moving so fast but not slope that it misses the billhook or that it rubs against the twine arm actuators below.

And I am doing 26 acres total this year.
@@WelshFarms nice!!
Tilt ramps-pretty cool, I have a tilt deck just bought it it’s great for unloading Round Bales and loading up the small tractors
Yeah, i'm in love with this trailer lol. That's awesome! Do you have a video with the tilt deck in action?
@@WelshFarms yes, if you go to my page it’s a half a dozen videos or so ago

💪what trailer do you have?
I ended up changing that knife out and did real good the next day. That video will be out in the next day or so.

I couldn’t tell that the knife was bent but did you think about bending the knife arm maybe that out of adjustment
The camera angle wasn’t good, I got it changed and it hasn’t missed since! New video coming soon!
I replaced the original knives on my 271 new holland this year. The new knives were a third of the thickness. I could see them bending really easy.

Your wipe off arm is bent
