Dam Fishing for Smallmouth Bass in Shallow Water

Today we're out fishing for smallmouth bass. Feather jig fishing for smallies seems to do the trick right now. Using an ultralight rod with small lures seems to do the trick with these low water levels we're seeing this spring.
Dam fishing is one of my favorite ways to target smallies. It seems that dams always have good wade-able areas and the smallies seem to flock into the rocky banks of the dams around my area.
